CI builds

Builds of the latest commit on main, made by the Builds workflow on each push. They are not releases: they are only as tested as CI tests them, and the next push replaces them.

• matter-peek-x86_64-linux-*.tar.gz: the matter-peek executable, static, for any Linux on x86_64; and the app, for Linux with glibc 2.35 or newer (Ubuntu 22.04, Debian 12) and WebKitGTK 4.1 (libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0). install-service.sh runs the executable as a systemd service.
• matter-peek-aarch64-linux-*.tar.gz: the matter-peek executable, static, for any Linux on aarch64 (for example a Raspberry Pi). install-service.sh runs it as a systemd service.
• matter-peek-x86_64-windows-*.zip: the executable and the app, for Windows 10 and 11. There is no Bluetooth commissioning on Windows. install-service.ps1 runs the executable at boot.
• matter-peek-aarch64-android-*.apk: the app, for 64-bit ARM Android phones (Android 7 and newer). Open it on the phone to install it.

The server asks for an access token, which it shows when it starts. There is no TLS yet: the token and everything else travel unencrypted, so use the server on a network you trust, or reach it through a VPN or an SSH tunnel.
