Added

• A Flatpak for Linux, Porter_x.x.x_x86_64.flatpak, on every release. The sandbox hides other processes, so inside it Porter finds the owner of each port with the host's ss, and reads process details and kills processes on the host too, through flatpak-spawn --host.

Choose the appropriate installer for your platform below. On Windows,
the _portable.zip runs without installing and keeps its data
next to the exe.
