Downloading "Full data" from a View

I'm interested in using the Python API to download a .csv of the "Full data" available from the Download menu of a View in a dashboard hosted on a Tableau server. Is this currently possible? I've perused the documentation without finding a method that seems appropriate.

By looking at the source code and a few attempts, I was able to use it to fetch data from tableau server.

btw, I'm just start to learn python two weeks ago, hence the below workaround is not pretty

        with server.auth.sign_in(tableau_auth):

            server_url = 'YOUR SERVER'

This would give summary instead of full (underlying data), in JS have get-underlying-data to get full data, is there any similar function or method.

There are no plans to implement this in the server API, sorry.
