User feedback:

• fees documentation is misleading, cannot reliably predict fees, have to slightly overcharge
• Understanding and calculating the correct fees for sending transactions was not straightforward
• The documentation lacks clear examples or explanations on how to estimate or calculate fees in different scenarios

Also we need libraries for reliably computing fees: in TypeScript and in Tolk. Fees have to match those computed by TVM precisely.

This feedback seems not related to this section as these pages stands for smart contract development. Maybe we should consider this as a part of "How to emulate fees (off-chain)" new guideline?

The problem here is porting TON Foundations to the back-end development workspace.
