Fixed

  • The mcp extra now requires mcp>=2.1, the oldest release the MCP tests pass against.
  • TimsData.close() closes the handle and the SQLite connection independently, so one failing does not leak the other.

Changed

  • Releases publish to PyPI by trusted publishing; .zenodo.json no longer hard-codes the version.
