Test build: #102 resize on Hyprland

Test build for #102: the meter jumping when you press the resize corner on Hyprland and other non-KDE/GNOME Wayland desktops. Not a release: the meter won't offer it as an update.

Built from main at d504847. On Linux, outside KDE and GNOME, the window now keeps its place and height and grows only sideways while you drag the corner.

Install (Arch/CachyOS): sudo pacman -U a2tools-dps-meter-2.0.86.r890.gd504847-test102-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst
Debian/Ubuntu: sudo apt install --reinstall ./a2tools-dps-meter_2.0.86-test102_amd64.deb
Fedora: sudo dnf reinstall ./a2tools-dps-meter-2.0.86-test102.x86_64.rpm (or dnf install if no 2.0.86 is installed)

The .deb and .rpm carry version 2.0.86 inside, the same as the release, so they need the reinstall commands above to replace an installed 2.0.86. The Arch package has its own version and installs normally.
