All Short Item IDs

Retrieves a list of every stored item in our system, keyed off the Short Item IDs that we use when printing tags. For example, a QR code will have this id in its URL. The simple JSON array returned is meant to be used in conjunction with the Individual Tag API for further action if necessary.
