This PR fixes an issue where an error in the CLI didn't have a non-zero exit code. It was always
0
.Let's fix that by ensuring there is an exit code of
1
when an error occurs.This is only for a simple
build
, not when in watch mode, because we try to recover from errors as best as we can to keep the process going.Fixes: #10702
