Currently contains a bug, which is why @thecrypticace and @reinink didn't include this. Going to close this for now.

what's the bug? is it something in lightningcss?

@devongovett I opened an issue in the Lightning CSS repo: parcel-bundler/lightningcss#478

We've been meaning to open this but were busy with everything v3.3 when we noticed it originally.
