• Install routing hooks and the named miru-code subagent to keep indexed code discovery on Miru, including delegated investigations.

• Reduce repeated context calls with shorter MCP definitions and complete small search chunks for Copilot clients. Other clients retain their existing definitions and snippet behavior.
• Add a reproducible evaluation harness, fixtures, and cost and compliance results.
