First public beta release for Windows and Linux.

Workspace

• Desktop packaging for Windows (NSIS installer) and Linux (AppImage and .deb).
• First-run setup: appearance (light, dark, system), language (English, Russian), and configurable project directory.
• Local version history with checkpoints and file-backed project library.
• Independent interface scaling (Ctrl + / -, Ctrl 0).
• 12 built-in starter templates with multi-page examples.

Canvas

• Shapes, labeled auto-routing connectors, groups, images, editable tables, and checklists.
• Freehand drawing with stroke smoothing.
• Markdown notes and LaTeX formula rendering ($inline$ and $$block$$).
• Row and column Tidy alignment preserving matrix structure.
• Export to PNG and portable .talweg file format.

Collaboration

• Host-approved invite links (talweg:// protocol and relay fallback).
• Remote cursors, text carets, selections, and live move/resize gesture previews.
• Independent page navigation and guest copy-saving.

Notes

• Windows installer is currently unsigned. If SmartScreen shows a prompt, select "More info" -> "Run anyway".
