New features:

Add "warp_to_all_bonfires" option - on by default. This has a side effect where the target of the warp becomes your new respawn point upon death/homeward/dark sign.
Added to client "custom controls" the ability to change bonfire warp menu sort types (alphabetical, vanilla, progression), and to optionally use changed/enhanced names instead of "vanilla" ones.
Added connection details and custom control options persisting between client sessions.

Changes:

Removed "bonfire warp unlock" checks. Syncing is now done via AP data storage.
