CEC Remote 0.1.0

First public release of the Decky plugin that maps HDMI-CEC TV remote buttons to SteamOS actions.

What's included

• Record unused CEC keys (colors, numbers, Clear, …) and bind them to SteamOS actions
• Exclusive record and action screens, with one action per button
• QAM and Steam menu mappings toggle on a second press
• Optional override for Steam-owned buttons
• Mappings persist across QAM remounts
• Bound number/color keys are omitted from the cecd fragment so they stop typing
