Async City Baby (Holiday Edition)

• Complete overhaul to server code to fully support libusb's async api. I believe this implementation is as optimized as I can get it.
• Switched to reusable direct allocated bytebuffers. C code writes directly to the buffer with 'zero-copy'.

Notes 📓

Webcam still not working. I'm thinking the issue might not be speed but maybe accuracy. I'm going to have to debug the data I'm sending out deeper.
