Housekeeping release

No library code changes. Command-only apps were moved to standalone repos so the library's go.mod stops carrying their dependencies.

Apps extracted to their own repos

• tekugo/triebwerk (binary tw)
• tekugo/messwerk (binary mw)
• tekugo/tblr
• tekugo/figlet
• tekugo/malwerk
• tekugo/hal-explorer

go.mod slimmed

App-only dependencies dropped from the library: fsnotify, doublestar (triebwerk); otlp, grpc, grpc-gateway, genproto, protobuf (messwerk); atotto/clipboard (tblr). Zeichenwerk now requires only tcell, uniseg, testify, and golang.org/x/tools.

Specs moved

doc/spec/{triebwerk,messwerk,tblr,malwerk}.md moved to their respective repos as doc/spec.md.
