Have installed tensorflow but still unbale to access it in Jupyter Error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tensorflow'

Please install tensorflow in jupyter notebook using !pip install tensorflow and then you import tensorflow. If you have created virtual environment then please make sure you have installed tensorflow in that environment.Please, find the gist here. Thanks!

What is make/model of your cpu?
I suspect your cpu model does not support AVX instructions sets.See hardware requirements
Make sure to download the latest microsoft visual c++ redistributable from here.
.Also, please follow the instructions from to install from Tensorflow website.

Please, check Your CPU/Python is on 32 bits?
