Upgrading

• Run kit:update plan|apply for core (re-pinned sha256:c1789bde…1874 → sha256:727e9746…192e): Kit/Form/Slider.vue takes the fix below.

Fixed

• Slider type-checks under vue-tsc. :aria-valuetext tested the valueText function prop itself, which TypeScript reports as always true (TS2774) and fails a host's vue-tsc; it now tests whether the prop was given.
