Fixes

• Removed the "Edit Ghostty Config" button — it was broken in the installed app because GUI launches don't see $EDITOR from your shell, so it always fell back to vi. May come back later with proper shell-resolved env.

Notes

• The Settings → Appearance → Ghostty Config row is now a single line: path field, Browse, and Reload.
