What's New

• Auto-tile panes — new Appearance toggle that evenly distributes pane sizes after every split and close
• Smarter pane focus on close — returns to the most recently focused remaining pane instead of the leftmost one
• Helpful empty states — the "no project selected" and "empty project" screens now show context and a live shortcut cheatsheet
• Command palette path autocomplete — typing an absolute path (or ~/...) in command mode suggests matching directories; Enter opens one as a new project
• Opening the palette in command mode no longer selects the "> " prefix, so typing no longer replaces it
