Changes since v10.9.1.

Features

Preserve runner diagnostics and expose graph failures (#1168)

Preserve node failure explanations in ordinary run logs, including when
retries succeed or a parallel winner cancels another branch. Local,
Docker, and hosted users receive the errors through existing
subscriptions and replay cursors.

Expose private runner diagnostics through an optional bounded host
channel and a JSON-lines writer for target serve. The embedding host
owns collection and identity; Zeroshot receives no cloud configuration
or AWS dependencies.

Documentation

Clarify local onboarding and custom graph topology (#1170)

Make the first local run self-contained: create the input and runtime
files, validate the configuration, run without delivery, and inspect the
result. Keep the existing independent-review opening and add a concrete
custom graph with a bugfinder and E2E tests, plus instructions for
saving and reusing profiles.

Explain delivery modes and distinguish local execution from Cloud
planning. Move autoresearch below software-development onboarding. Fix
the ACP example to use a separate compatible profile with a response
output and node-scoped sessions.

Use explicit file staging in the documentation-version test fixture so
it works with Git safety wrappers.

Align README banners with current website branding (#1171)

Replace the README's engraved-seal banners with light/dark banners
matching zeroshot.sh and the current Open Engine website. The design
uses handwritten typography, warm paper, yellow notes, and the company
mascot, with an independent-review and repair-loop diagram.

Include editable HTML/CSS, bundled licensed fonts, the mascot, and 2560
× 800 PNGs with offline rendering instructions. Update image alt text to
match. The banner set was visually reviewed and approved.

Refresh workflow animation and link Opcore (#1172)

Replace the dark workflow animation with the approved website style,
including light/dark GIFs, a static SVG for reduced motion, clearer
repair routes, and shorter labels. Add an Opcore link near the README
opening.

The 22-second animation shows both independent reviews after code and
delivery repairs. Editable SVG sources, local fonts/licenses, and the
outline exporter are included; the animation composition lives in the
shared assets repository.
