Add guided Zeroshot graph design (#1297)

Add the zeroshot-graph-design guided interview skill to the canonical
skills installed for Codex, GitHub Copilot, Pi, and Claude Code. Ask
users how runs should deliver changes, and include the skill's
checksum-verified release asset in npm installation and zeroshot update, preserving user-edited copies.

On pull requests, the existing required CI gate waits for Greptile's
latest check on the exact head to complete so delivery can assess its
feedback before merging. Suggestions remain review input for the worker
and independent reviewer. Merge groups reuse the completed PR gate.

Older updaters only download skills they already know; if the new skill
is missing after upgrading the executable, run zeroshot update again
to install it with the new updater.

Fixes

Move hosted endpoints to app.zeroshot.sh (#1302)

Use https://api.app.zeroshot.sh for a newly initialized built-in
platform target and https://app.zeroshot.sh for Platform browser
links. Update the CLI help, generated reference, README, documentation
navigation, and canonical skills together. Existing saved target records
are not rewritten; no CLI migration or compatibility alias is added.

Coordinate this endpoint change with
https://github.com/the-open-engine/zero-cloud/pull/573 and
https://github.com/the-open-engine/zeroshot-landing-page/pull/25. The
existing production API endpoint will remain available during the
provider webhook handover.
