Reconcile shared lessons for hosted runs (#1320)

When another run updates a lesson, refresh shared memory before
postmortem and give the maintainer the run's original advice alongside
the current version. On a revision conflict, refresh again and rerun
maintenance with the uncommitted findings and amendments, within the
original deadline. Source-verified details omitted by a newer version
must be reconciled into the current advice.

Expose a host-owned asynchronous storage backend for scoped reads and
atomic publications so hosting adapters can authenticate memory access.
Local and direct-target SQLite retain their storage behavior, and worker
recall stays frozen for each run. Discovery and the main task are not
repeated during conflict recovery. Deferred new findings remain
unpublished, cancelled storage reads and queued writes stop promptly,
and an unchanged conflict snapshot stops further model retries.
