v0.4.0 — Automatic memory capture

  • New memory_capture tool for facts and notebook entries chosen by the agent.
  • Immediate triggers: user correction, remember requests, satisfaction/dissatisfaction, and assistant self-correction.
  • Hourly and daily review reminders; the plugin queues signals, the agent decides what to write.
  • Notebook dedupe by NFKC normalization plus exact/Jaccard matching within the same notebook.
  • autoCapture.* settings, capture status in diagnostics and the maintenance panel.
  • capture.stats and capture.tick APIs.
