🏆 Monthly Leaderboard Rollover, Standings Archive & Champion Badging

• Automatic new-month reset. When a new calendar month begins, the live Monthly leaderboard cleanly resets to 0m for everyone until new sessions are completed in the current month, preventing stale numbers from previous months from bleeding over.
• Permanent last-month standings preservation. Previous month data (e.g. September 2026) is preserved in full. Users can switch seamlessly between the live month (e.g. October 2026 · Live) and the sealed previous month (e.g. September 2026 · Final) directly in the Monthly leaderboard view.
• Monthly Champion crown and badges. The #1 forester from the previous month is crowned with a golden badge (e.g. 🏆 Sep '26 Champion), showcased in the Defending Champion banner at the top of the live leaderboard, and awarded a special Champion Honor card in their Sanctuary detail snapshot.
• Personal Champion honors in Deep Focus. If you topped the leaderboard for the previous month, your defending championship status is proudly displayed in the Deep Focus widget header and alongside Your Forest.
• Weekly rolling decay. Weekly minutes accurately decay to 0 if an entry has not been updated within 7 days.

📱 Android tablet companion (new)

• Run PRO TRACK on an Android tablet. A new companion app brings the full workspace to Android, kept in sync with your account — a fourth surface alongside web, desktop, and the Firebase backend.
• Pair in seconds from the desktop. Open Settings → System → "Link Companion Tablet" and scan the QR code (or type the 8-character code) on the tablet — it signs straight into your synced workspace. No password re-entry, and it runs entirely on the free tier (no cloud functions).
• Touch-first layout. On a tablet the workspace adapts for touch: larger tap targets, tap-to-select widgets instead of hover, and a persistent dock.
• Sideloaded updates. The tablet app checks GitHub Releases for a newer APK and offers a one-tap update.
• Official PRO TRACK icon and name. Built with the official high-resolution brand mark across all adaptive launcher densities, styled to the deep obsidian #07080C theme, and named "PRO TRACK" throughout system launchers and multitasking.

🗓️ Timetable & calendar reliability

• Fixed timetable crash on non-Date values. Safely normalize Firestore Timestamps, epoch timestamps, and date strings in date formatting (ymd()), preventing the e.getFullYear is not a function error when rendering timetable slots, task deadlines, and calendar items.

⚡ Faster to load, lighter to ship

• The app is roughly half the size. The bundled download dropped from ~29 MB to ~12 MB with no visible change in quality — the big animated graphics (the AI orb, the app-lock animation) are now efficient muted video instead of huge GIFs, the forest's ~90 plant and animal sprites are WebP, and a handful of unused images that were quietly shipping have been removed.
• Nothing looks different — every image and animation renders the same (or sharper: the AI orb is now true-colour instead of a 256-colour GIF), it just weighs a fraction as much and loads faster.

🖥️ A workspace that uses the whole window

• Your widgets get the space, not the margins. As the window narrows, the icon rail and the floating clock quietly step aside so the timetable and task board fill the majority of the width instead of leaving a big empty gutter on the left. Widen the window and the clock and full branding return.

🔋 A calmer, cooler forest

• The forest world map no longer runs when you're not looking at it. Its animation now pauses the moment it scrolls off-screen or the window is hidden or minimized, and resumes instantly when it's back in view — noticeably less CPU/GPU use, heat, and battery drain, especially with the map left open.

🔒 Safer key storage

• Your AI API keys are no longer written in plain text on desktop. They now live only in the operating system's encrypted store; any plaintext copy left by an earlier version is migrated into it and wiped. Nothing changes in how you add or use a key.
