CRRT Storybook 0.2.0

Storybook feedback now includes a screenshot of the active story viewport when capture is available.

• Attach screenshots to manual feedback and failed compliance checks.
• Downsize large screenshots to fit the upload limit and preserve text feedback when capture fails.
• Improve the feedback composer and rerun compliance checks after layout settles.
• Bundle the browser screenshot renderer to preserve Node 20/22 consumer compatibility.

Install:

npm install --save-dev @thedesignproject/crrt-storybook@0.2.0

Known limitation: switching stories while capture is loading can attach the next story's screenshot to feedback for the previous story.
