Rasher 0.2.0

The FCU room unit now has Mode and Fan keys. Choose Auto, Heat, Cool, Fan only or Off, and Auto, Low, Medium or High fan speed. New writable System mode and Fan mode BACnet objects expose these settings to a BMS. Off retains frost protection, and higher-priority BMS commands still take precedence. Includes network settings improvements and refreshed room-unit screenshots and documentation. Rasher uses its own rasher-v tags and does not replace BACon as the latest release.
