Blob for desktop and Android: the app version of blob.bojes.org, with Blob, your notes, calendar, projects, CV and the learning centre.

New in this version

• Start with your computer: switch it on in Settings → App and Blob opens quietly in the background when you sign in to your computer (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Share with a link: a note (with its sub-pages), a presentation or a CV can get a public link that anyone can open without an account, read-only. Stop sharing whenever you like.
• Cover letters: write your cover letter right next to your CV, step by step and in the same design, and save both as one PDF.
• Notes and projects together: a note shows the project cards it is on, Add to project turns it into a card and shares it with your group, and every project lists its materials and can start a shared note.
• Today on Home: today's lessons and appointments from your calendar, and tomorrow's in the evening.
• Subjects and projects: a subject shows its projects, a project shows its subject, and notes can be filtered by project.
• Word export: save a note as a Word document (.docx), and import files from the New menu.

• Fächer und Projekte: Ein Fach zeigt seine Projekte, ein Projekt sein Fach, und Notizen lassen sich nach Projekt filtern.
• Word-Export: Speichere eine Notiz als Word-Dokument (.docx), und importiere Dateien über das Menü Neu.

Install

• Windows: Blob_…_x64-setup.exe (or the .msi). Windows may warn that the publisher is unknown: More info → Run anyway.
• macOS (Apple silicon and Intel): Blob_…_universal.dmg, drag Blob into Applications. The first time macOS says it can't check Blob: open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
• Linux: .deb (Ubuntu, Debian), .rpm (Fedora) or the .AppImage.
• Android (8.0 or newer): Blob_…_android.apk, allow installing from your browser or files app when asked.
• iPhone and iPad: coming with the App Store.

The apps show the live site: everything you do is the same as on the web, and what you did offline is saved to the cloud once you're back online.
