v1.0.0 - Building with Microbundle

Breaking changes :

• The class name has been changed from SlideManager to Slidemanager in order to be simpler.
• callback function : renamed its parameter property new to current in order to prevent from using the protected keyword "new". Now the parameter can use destructuring (callback: ({ current, previous }) => {})
• callback function : done function is now passed as a property in the callback parameter.

Other changes :

• Uses microbundle to build package
• Uses requestAnimationFrame for auto mode instead of setInterval
