Release Notes

This release restores the Agnocast CIE thread configurator registration of the Hesai UDP receiver thread, which was lost in the migration of HesaiRosWrapper to agnocast_wrapper::Node, and fixes the ARS548 node dying at startup under Agnocast because its TF listener had not been migrated to agnocast_wrapper.

Users not using Agnocast are unaffected.
