Enhancements

  • Documentation site at https://outskirts.dev/docs/, generated from docs/: one page per topic, the README keeps the pitch and generated extracts, and docs/options.md is checked against the configuration schema and the scan help (#304, #305, #306).
  • The Known Bugs table of the README records the verified state of each Swift bug, pinned by raw index store tests (#303).

Bug Fixes

  • SARIF rules link to their section of the documentation site (helpUri), and the manual Xcode configuration hint points to the configuration page (#304).
  • The concurrent job pool no longer races on its error state; SourceGraph, SyntaxAnalysis, ProjectDrivers, XcodeSupport, PeripheryKit and Frontend build in the Swift 6 language mode, and the signal handler builds in Swift 6 on Linux. Closes #181 (#307).
  • outskirts now scans itself in CI with --strict, blocking on any new unused code; the dead code it found is removed and the advisory Linux self-scan is dropped. Closes #220 (#308).
