修复

• 修复多显示器环境下通知泛光只在一块屏幕亮起的问题，现在所有已连接显示器都会显示泛光，并在效果结束或暂停时统一关闭。
• 将泛光、中央文字和大字提醒的效果时长滑块调整为 0.50～5.00 秒，步进 0.01 秒，显示两位小数。输入框仍可填写更长时长，并移除原有的一小时上限。
• 将泛光呼吸次数改为 1～5、步进为 1 的滑块，同时提供输入框填写更大的正整数，移除原有的 20 次上限。

• Fix notification screen-edge glow appearing on only one display. Glow now appears on every connected display, with all glow windows closed together when the effect ends or is suspended.
• Set the effect-duration slider for glow, center text, and large text to 0.50–5.00 seconds with 0.01-second steps and two decimal places. The input field accepts longer durations without the previous one-hour cap.
• Replace the glow flash-count stepper with a slider from 1 to 5 in steps of 1 and an input field for larger positive integers, removing the previous 20-flash cap.
