v0.4.0 - Export to ShotCut

Add the export-mlt command for exporting ShotCut .mlt projects.

This allows precision editing in ShotCut, but loses the subtitles as ShotCut doesn't support them.

Progress bars!

Supercut now shows progress bars instead of the ffmpeg output.
This makes running cleaner and simpler.
