TomaTío 1.9.10
TomaTío 1.9.10
Changed
- The release zip is named
tomatio-<version>.zip(and.sha256) instead ofagent-brain-<version>.zip, on Forgejo and GitHub (#773). The folder inside the zip is stillagent-brain/, so an upload or update replaces the installed plugin as before. The built-in updater in this release looks for the new name (and still accepts the old one). A site on 1.9.9 or older looks only for the old name, so it does not see this release through its updater: uploadtomatio-1.9.10.ziponce, and updates work from then on.
Requirements: WordPress 7.1+, PHP 8.3+.
Install: download tomatio-1.9.10.zip, then Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. Verify the download with tomatio-1.9.10.zip.sha256.
Published weekly to GitHub by the github-release.yml workflow from tag v1.9.10 (commit af19d78). Every version ships first on Forgejo with its own release.

Changed
- Admin redesign, Activity (#751): the Audit Log reads as sentences grouped by day ("builder · Dennis's Tío searched memory"), with denied and failed events tagged. Chips pick Problems, Approvals or Access changes; Who and When filter beside them and the other filters fold under More filters. The selected event opens beside the list with its reason, what to do for a failed summarising job, and the raw event as stored. The title line counts today's events and problems.
- Admin redesign, Agents step 2 (#751): Agent View is a list of agents beside the one you picked, with chips for its Briefing, Scopes, Try a search and Tools. Scopes is a grid of scopes and agents: one click moves an agent between no access, Reads and Writes, with an Undo; Rename and Delete (empty scopes only) sit in a small menu on each row, and Add a scope opens from the page head.
- Grants now lists what is public instead of the taxonomy screen with its one term: share links that still open and items carrying the public grant, each with who shared it and a confirmed Take it back or Remove the grant. The old Grants address redirects there.
ShareLinks::live()lists the open links a person may manage. - Connect an AI is three steps: pick the AI, add the connector with only that AI's steps, and check it works (green once an AI has called the brain). Your connections and the agents to sign in as follow as cards.
- Admin redesign, Agents step 1 (#751): TomaTío > Agents is a list and detail, not a four-column table of buttons. Each row shows who the agent works for, where it writes and what it only reads, and when it was last seen. The selected agent shows its description, scopes (with a link to change them), last seen and from which client, memories written this week, approval rights, app passwords, agent ID and who issued it. See what it sees opens Agent View. Suspend / Reactivate sit in the detail; Grant approval, Revoke app passwords and Revoke sit under More. An action returns to the same agent. Chips switch between Agents, Connected apps and Suspended (and Revoked, when there are any).
- "Create agent registration" is now Add an agent, a panel the page head opens. It holds the registration form and the recent keys; a line says when a key is waiting to be used.
AgentActions::buttonForm()builds one action's form, andDateFormat::ago()gives "3 hours ago" with the exact time on hover. - Admin redesign (#751): a document's edit screen reviews sections one at a time instead of stacking every section under a table. The Sections box shows the stage, lead, and how many sections wait for your review. Below that, the outline is listed (state, owner, version, who is writing it now) beside the selected section, which shows its text, who wrote it and its review history. It opens on the first section waiting for you, with a notes box and Approve / Request changes. After a verdict, the next waiting section opens, and a refused verdict (no notes) comes back to the same section with the reason instead of an error page. Approved sections offer Reopen;
§ion=IDpicks a section. - Admin redesign, Library step 3 (#751): artifacts are shown to people as Documents. The post type's labels say Document, and
Admin\DocumentsPagelays them out as cards: scope and lead, one bar per section (approved, waiting for review, changes asked, draft) or the live version of an HTML page. Each card says what waits for you (sections to review, a new HTML version to approve), with drafts, share links and open comments. Documents that wait for you come first. Chips show Active, Live and Archived, with a scope picker, and New document starts one with the existing create handler; errors now come back to this page. - Comments move from Settings to Library (
Admin\CommentsPage), as list and detail grouped by document. The detail shows the thread, its replies, version and anchor, with Reply (newab_comment_replyhandler), Resolve or Reopen. Resolve and Reopen now come back to the thread. Both pages are routed from their post-type lists like Knowledge and Procedures, and WordPress's own lists stay linked under About this page. - Admin redesign, Forget and Export and import (#751). Forget is now three steps: What (a subject, pages, or a member or agent), Check (the counts of what would go; nothing is deleted yet) and Erase (type the subject again and click Erase for good). The page says plainly that there is no Undo, and the subject is never stored between the steps. Export and import puts its two everyday jobs side by side (Take everything with you and Bring pages in), keeps archives and their retention row with a Save bar in one box, and moves the signing and retention details under About this page. Action names, nonces, field names and the page anchors are unchanged.
- Admin redesign, Handoffs (#751): WordPress's post table gives way to their history, a list beside the selected handoff with chips for Open, Approved, Dismissed and Closed by time. The detail shows who sent it, the note, who it is for, the memories and scopes it shares, and when it closes or why it was dismissed. Open handoffs are still decided in Review; Open in Review goes straight to one. The Handoffs menu row redirects here.
- Admin redesign, first step (#751). The shared pieces from the Review inbox are now
Admin\Ui, styled by the.ab-ui-*rules in admin.css: a page head that says how things stand, the page's explanation folded behind "About this page", callouts that say what broke and the one thing to do, filter chips, facts, tags and cards. Jobs is the first page built from them. It opens with the state of summarising ("working", "off" or "failing") and, when runs fail, the reason with Fix in Settings and Try again now. How it runs and the run log follow, and agents are named as people say them ("growth · Dana's Tío"). - Admin redesign, Library step 2 (#751): Knowledge and Procedures open as list and detail (
Admin\LibraryPage). The head counts official pages and the suggested ones waiting in Review. Chips switch between Official, Suggested and Not needed (theprivate,ab_proposedandab_rejectedstatuses), with search and a scope picker. The selected page shows its text and its facts: scope, who suggested or wrote it, pinning with Pin to briefings, reference lifecycle with Mark as current, sharing, history and Provenance. Edit and Move to Trash sit below it, and suggested pages offer Decide in Review. The menu entries and group tabs still point at the post-type lists, which redirect here when opened without arguments. WordPress's own list stays reachable (&ab_classic=1, linked under About this page) for trash and bulk actions. - Admin redesign, Library step 1 (#751): Memories uses the Review inbox's list and detail (
Admin\Ui::split,rowanddetail). The head says how many memories there are and how many arrived this week. One search box, type chips with counts, and scope and agent pickers replace the eight-field form; status, importance and dates sit under More filters. The selected memory shows on the right in full: who remembered it and when, importance in words, its sources, and Trace it in Provenance. Edit and Delete sit below it. j/k move and / searches (assets/admin-ui.js), and phones show one side at a time. - Overview redesigned (#751). The head now says how many things need you. Problems come first as callouts with the one thing to do: Open Self-Check when TomaTío runs degraded, See why in Jobs when summarising fails on every recent run. Proposals and open handoffs are one Waiting for review link into the Review Queue. Live activity, an At a glance card (memories, active agents, documents by stage, health, version) and the latest memories follow. The Get started checklist leads on a new brain and folds to "3 of 5 done" once most of it is done, and "Is this WordPress just for TomaTío?" drops to one line at the bottom. The page explanation is behind About this page. The live refresh now also updates the head and the Review tile, and the Review count no longer drops the handoffs when it refreshes.
- Admin redesign, Provenance (#751). The screen is now "Where did this come from?": search by words from a title or a memory (or a number, such as
memory 12) instead of choosing an item kind and typing its ID, and click Trace. One match opens straight away; several are listed to pick from. The trace shows the chain top to bottom: the item, who approved it and through which client, who wrote it, what it was built from or cites (each linking to its own trace) and its outside sources. The full tables (sources, citations and build, action context, blame) are folded below. Deep links withkindandidwork as before. - Admin redesign, Settings (#751). The eight tabs are now a side list, with a dot where a section needs you, and the page head says how many things need fixing ("1 thing to fix · Summarising is failing"). Every setting is one row: what it does, what it is set to now in plain words ("Off: every fact waits in the Review Queue."), and the control, with the long explanation under More. Each form has one Save bar that appears only when something changed, counts the changes and offers Discard; leaving with unsaved changes asks first. Cloud is shown as Summarising, with the four ways listed and the one in use marked; Self-Check as Health, with only failing and warning checks open, each with How to fix, and the passing ones folded into one line; Onboarding as Briefing. Tab addresses, option names, nonces and capabilities are unchanged.
- The hosted console's docs brain now keeps the manual from tomatio.ai/docs as its knowledge, updated every hour: new and...
