The TypeScript config is now accessed at @tommy-mitchell/configs/ts.

Improvements

• Adds types for the xo configs
• Adds a tsdown config:
  
  

  import { defineConfig } from "tsdown";
  import config from "@tommy-mitchell/configs/tsdown";
  
  export default defineConfig(config);

  This outputs src/**/*.ts to dist/**/*.js 1:1, while bundling types into a main dist/index.d.ts (with comments) and a dist/vendor.d.ts (without comments, for types from node_modules).
