Adds a small Project-owned Delivery System profile and standard Project Record. The profile reuses shared validation, existing contract tests, exact-SHA version checks, and the public GitHub README. The record references existing authoritative files.

The administrative patch changes no Grok Skill behavior, Project Direction, tests, CI, or Marketplace pin.

Proof: all declared commands and 10 contract tests pass at release commit b1ca4c5be203906924869e44e08136161209ddfa; shared profile loader is valid; exact-SHA release-check passes; the shared Marketplace ingestion validator accepts the Project Record. Independent Codex Luna maximum-reasoning review passed with zero findings at the matching reviewed tree.

Source release and Marketplace distribution remain separate: the observed Marketplace pin still identifies use-grok 0.2.0. This source release makes no new installation, loading, or behavioral Live Verification claim.

Resolves #4 through PR #5. Parent adoption proof: toolboxmd/toolbox.md#14.

Changed

  • Establish the explicitly approved Project Direction and canonical version policy.
  • Keep VERSION and the Codex, Claude Code, and Grok Build manifests aligned through shared versionctl tooling.
  • Document the manual release boundary without adding CI or changing Grok delegation behavior.

Reviewed PR: #3
Exact release commit: ba0f95cbbacba91d2fba00473cdf0bc8768f0a1b. Ten contract tests and exact-commit release validation passed. Marketplace distribution remains separately pinned to the prior approved release.
