Tab Navigation Blocks Dropdown Selection in Profile Experience Editing

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the link: https://www.topcoder.com/
2. Go to "My Profile".
3. Click on the "Edit" icon for the "Education and Certifications" section.
4. Click on the "+Add Education” button.
5. Begin filling out the details in the form.
6. Use the space and up / down arrows button on the keyboard to navigate through “End Year or Expected” fields.

Actual Result: Users are unable to select dropdown list items using the keyboard navigation keys.

Expected Result: Users should be able to select the dropdown list items using the spacebar and up and down arrow keys to navigate and select the options.
