Add ITSM Config Item overview at customer portal
OTRS - Get Config Item additional details from dynamic field ITSMConfigItemReference and and update it to another specific ticket dynamic field.
Restrict the value of dynamic field config item based on customer user or customer company
Enable customer user to scan QR Code (Serial Number) to get ConfigItem complete data and append it to new screen ticket body.
Check Config Item (ci) expiring date and if within current month and next 1/2/3 month , create ticket to notify agent.
Extend OTRS static stats for CMDB Config Item which are connected to the ticket.
Add a description, image, and links to the config-item topic page so that developers can more easily learn about it.
