Evolutionary genomics of chromosomal inversions in Atlantic herring
Code & data relevant for someone interested in conducting multivariate models using Bayesian statistics in #R #MCMCGlmm. In our analyses here, we use data on eastern grey kangaroo juvenile behaviour and survival and maternal behaviour.
This directory contains code for the paper A phylogenomic framework for pelagiarian fishes (Acanthomorpha: Percomorpha) highlights mosaic radiation in the open ocean. If you want to run this code, I recommend downloading this code and the data directory from Data Dryad.
