[ECCV'22] "Few 'Zero Level Set'-Shot Learning of Shape Signed Distance Functions in Feature Space"
This project implements a neural network model for reconstructing 3D surfaces, based on the DeepSDF architecture from CVPR 2019. It uses a deep, fully-connected neural network (Decoder) to learn Signed Distance Functions (SDFs) from 3D point clouds.
(2020-2021) We return a 3d shape reconstruction mesh from a input point cloud, while the neural network operates directly on the point cloud.
These scripts are used to generate brain surface and tract files (in .obj format, parcellated and registered) from Freesurfer recon-all and trac-all packages.
This work reconstructs 3D mesh from a set of calibrated images capturing the scene. We achieve acceptable quality of reconstructed surface with super-fast convergence.
