• Tables in list items render their cells (#7).
• Rows without a leading | keep their first character.
• Lines that start another block end the table: a fence, quote, list or HTML block after a table, or a row without a leading | that starts one.
• A - or === line after a table no longer turns the table into a heading. | a | above a bare --- is now a table, as in markdown-it.
• Rows indented with an NBSP or a tab no longer pick up text from neighbouring cells.
• An empty last cell no longer makes the surrounding list loose.
• Reference definitions and HTML blocks in cells no longer pick up the next cell's |.
• With html: true, a comment or raw-text element split across cells can't hide the rest of the page.
• A trailing \| renders as |, and a backtick escape edge case is fixed.
