• Fix: Do not scan every ASF packet to warm a keyframe table for WMV video. WMV is re-encoded for browser playback, so its output keyframes are placed by the encoder; the unnecessary full-file scan could hold the per-file read queue and keep upcoming segment bytes unavailable (#ttv-245).
