• Fix: Viewer-link measurements and lifetime service traffic can no longer refuse a video output; when no measured rate fits, prepare the machine-supported output and let playback readiness wait. Remove the lifetime service-to-media ratio, which turned a small or interrupted media sample into hundreds of megabits per second of fictitious output demand.
