Bug fixes

• A package dependency that names a uv workspace member is now matched against tool.uv.sources by its normalized name, so Demo_Foo and demo-foo count as the same member instead of being sent to the index (#417) by @qodelicious and @gaborbernat.
• Point {env_site_packages_dir} at lib/python3.13t/site-packages for free-threaded environments, instead of a lib/python3.13/site-packages directory that does not exist (#416) by @qodelicious and @gaborbernat.
• Preserve debug and free-threaded flags when selecting Python for a tox environment. Changing either flag recreates the environment, so py313d and py313td do not reuse an interpreter with different build options (#420) by @gaborbernat.
• Recreate the environment when system_site_packages changes. uv venv --system-site-packages only applies while the environment is being created, so flipping the setting left the old pyvenv.cfg in place and the change had no effect (#418) by @abhishekcpp007 and @gaborbernat.
