First public alpha.

Spaced C and Pascal convert both ways. Semicolons stay. The host compiler is the proof: Lazarus LCL alllclunits (232198 lines, FPC 3.2.2, 0 errors) and the SQLite amalgamation 3.54.1 (gcc -std=gnu2x, 0 warnings). IDEIntf compiles against that LCL. This is not a Lazarus IDE.

Not in this alpha: GTK/Qt widgetsets, a frozen dialect, MSVC, Objective-C, or C++.
