Trace 0.6.3 makes connection and reading progress more reliable across the iOS app and Safari extension.

• Reconciles Safari credentials when the Trace app resumes, reconnects, or changes accounts.
• Moves chapter and status updates through one shared command path so saved stories reliably become Reading and completed chapters can become Caught Up or Finished.
• Shows pending chapter and status changes immediately while Trace confirms them with the server.
• Improves one-chapter story handling and end-of-story status prompts.
• Adds release checks covering the iOS provider boundary, finish qualification, account changes, and browser package modes.
