Zstandard metadata downloads. SLM now accepts .json.zst for title and version databases. The existing SLM sources remain the defaults. To try an alternative title database, set data_sources.titles_url to the raw download URL for borntohonk’s titles.json.zst. (#163)
Unicode titles and filenames. Enable organization.allow_unicode_file_names to preserve original catalog titles and Unicode characters in generated filenames and folders. The option is off by default. organization.switch_safe_file_names is obsolete, and existing configurations are still read and converted when saved. This will for example allow filenames to contain japanese characters. (#85)
Excel export. Export tables as .xlsx from the GUI or use -export-xlsx in console mode. CSV exports now include a UTF‑8 BOM so Excel displays non-ASCII characters correctly. (#148, #153)
DLC release dates. Missing DLC and Game Details now show DLC release dates and sort newest first, with unknown dates last. Missing DLC exports also include the date. (#167)
Fixes. Generated filenames and folders now handle trailing dots and spaces. The macOS organization confirmation displays explicit Yes and No buttons, and the GUI uses consistent Title ID capitalization. (#164, #168, #166)
