Migration from Bitnami Docker Images

The official trigger.dev Helm chart currently uses Docker images based on Bitnami. As per Bitnami's announcement, the public Bitnami catalog (docker.io/bitnami) will be deprecated and fully migrated by September 29, 2025.

Key changes include:

• All existing images will be moved to the Bitnami Legacy repository (docker.io/bitnamilegacy) and will no longer receive updates or security patches.
• Only a limited set of hardened images will remain available under the Bitnami Secure Images offering (free tier limited to latest tags).
• Helm charts using Bitnami images may fail unless image references are updated or overridden.

Given this, I’d like to ask:

• Is there a plan to migrate away from Bitnami-based images in the trigger.dev Helm chart?
• If so, will the project adopt alternative base images or switch to Bitnami Secure Images?
• Would contributions toward this migration be welcome?

We now default to bitnami legacy images and made it possible to configure the utility images we use as well. It's not clear what we'll do in the long-term yet. We're in a similar position here like many other projects such as langfuse.
