• Upload a whole folder from the Files screen, with its subfolders. Before, a large set of clips needed SSH.

• A skill with a name that is not valid now gets a clear reason. A skill name uses a to z, 0 to 9 and hyphens, and it is the same as its folder name.

• AI connections say where a duplicate token is, and the owner can move it to the team. Admin › Members shows "No AI" for people who cannot use AI now.

• An admin can ask a member to connect a service as the member's own connection.

• Take a backup first. This release needs one root update on every Linux server, because the kit has a new root file. Run sudo mycel-ctl update, or let the update timer do it in the update window.

• One additive database migration. Going back to 0.2.19 needs no database restore.

• Hosted teams: a team on a plan smaller than its disk now keeps to the plan's storage limit, with 7 days of grace and a hard cap of 2x the plan. Read, download and delete keep working.

• Dev environment (experiment, off by default): the kit now has mycel-boxd. After the update, run sudo /opt/trina-ax/scripts/dev-env/build-image.sh once, and re-run install-trial.sh on a server from an older trial. box_shell has a job mode for long commands.

• The plan card in Admin no longer shows memory and CPU.

Trina AX 0.2.19: updates keep the team's update window and wait for quiet moments, Windows apps update from every team server, and grep on large documents is fast again

Who benefits / 누구에게 도움이 되나요?

Everyone: updates no longer cut answers off. Linux servers and office Macs now update in the team's update window, in the team's time zone, and wait until no answer is running. Windows desktop apps update again on Linux and hosted team servers. Grep on very large documents is fast again, background text work lets people's work go first, and a document that could not be read in time is tried again instead of dropping out of search. "Check again" works for slow services such as Higgsfield, and a passing failure no longer marks a working connection "Error". A tab that is open during an update no longer goes blank. An office Mac that uses its own Claude login copies the MCP settings in ~/.claude.json before it removes them. Admins: one root update on Linux, no database migrations.

Updates that wait / 기다려 주는 업데이트

• Linux servers and office Macs update only inside the team's update window (Admin › Team settings › "Automatic update window", in the team's time zone; 03:00–05:00 when empty) and only while no answer is running. They wait for a quiet moment instead of cutting answers off (at most an hour per check, then the next check or the next night); only after three days without one do they wait at most 10 minutes, as "Update now" does. Office Macs ignored this setting before.

• A tab that is open while the server updates no longer goes blank: opening a part of the page that the update removed reloads the page once, for the new version. It waits while something would be lost (a draft, an unsent message, a streaming answer, an upload or a recording) and meanwhile shows "This part of the page could not be loaded" with a Reload button. Reloading puts unsent text back into its chat's input box.

• Update cards and the banner show the first paragraph of the release notes, rendered, with "Full release notes" for the rest (before: raw Markdown, several screens long). The office Mac's "Version … is available" banner goes away once the server runs the new version.

• Linux 서버와 사무실 Mac은 팀의 업데이트 시간(관리자 › 팀 설정 › "자동 업데이트 시간", 팀 시간대 기준, 비워 두면 03:00–05:00) 안에서, 진행 중인 답변이 없을 때만 업데이트해요. 답변을 끊지 않고 조용한 때를 기다려요(한 번 확인할 때 최대 한 시간, 안 되면 다음 확인이나 다음 날 밤). 사흘 동안 그런 때가 없을 때만 "지금 업데이트"처럼 최대 10분 기다려요. 사무실 Mac은 전에는 이 설정을 무시했어요.

• 서버가 업데이트되는 동안 열어 둔 탭이 더는 하얗게 비지 않아요. 업데이트로 사라진 부분을 열면 새 버전으로 한 번 새로 고침해요. 잃을 것이 있으면(쓰던 글, 보내지 못한 메시지, 아직 나오는 답변, 업로드, 녹음) 기다리고, 그동안 "이 부분을 불러오지 못했어요"와 새로 고침 버튼을 보여 줘요. 새로 고침하면 보내지 못한 글은 그 채팅의 입력창으로 돌아가요.

• 업데이트 카드와 배너는 릴리스 노트의 첫 문단만 보기 좋게 보여 주고, 나머지는 "릴리스 노트 전체 보기"로 열어요(전에는 Markdown 원문이 몇 화면씩 나왔어요). 사무실 Mac의 "새 버전이 있어요" 배너는 서버가 새 버전으로 돌아가면 사라져요.

Windows app / Windows 앱

• Windows desktop apps on Linux and hosted team servers update again. The app updates only from its own team server, and until now only an office Mac put the installer there. Now a Linux server puts the installer and latest.yml of the release it runs into its downloads 15 minutes after it starts and, while automatic updates are on, every 6 hours; a hosted team server does it 15 minutes after each start. Signature, sizes and SHA-256 are checked. Installed apps need no reinstall: they find the new version at their next check (every 4 hours) and install it when they quit. Settings › Apps lists the installer too.

Files and search / 파일과 검색

• Grep on very large documents is fast again: over two 50 MB documents it took 0.5–0.7 s and about 600 MB of extra server memory, now 35–50 ms and no extra memory (measured on a Mac). The place labels ("[p.12]", "[슬라이드 3]") are the same. Documents whose text was made before this version are read in pieces until they change (about 0.1–0.15 s).

• Background text work (after an update, for files a search left for later, and for search by meaning) runs at lower CPU and disk priority, so a person's grep, uploads and previews go first on a busy server. An idle server still does it at full speed.

• A document whose text could not be read in time (its converter ran out of time or was stopped for memory) is no longer left out of grep and search until it changes. The server reads it again after 2 minutes, then after 8. Meanwhile grep and the file screen's content search say how many documents could not be searched yet.

• 아주 큰 문서의 grep이 다시 빨라졌어요. 50 MB 문서 두 개를 grep하면 0.5–0.7초가 걸리고 서버 메모리가 약 600 MB 더 들었는데, 이제 35–50 ms이고 메모리도 더 들지 않아요(Mac에서 잰 값). 위치 표시("[p.12]", "[슬라이드 3]")는 그대로예요. 이 버전 전에 텍스트를 만든 문서는 바뀔 때까지 나눠서 읽어요(약 0.1–0.15초).

• 백그라운드 텍스트 작업(업데이트 뒤, 검색이 뒤로 미룬 파일, 의미 검색)은 CPU와 디스크 우선순위를 낮춰서 돌아요. 서버가 바쁠 때는 사람이 하는 grep, 업로드, 미리보기가 먼저예요. 한가한 서버는 지금처럼 최대 속도로 해요.

• 제때 텍스트를 읽지 못한 문서(변환기가 시간을 넘겼거나 메모리 때문에 멈춘 경우)도 이제 바뀔 때까지 grep과 검색에서 빠지지 않아요. 2분 뒤, 다시 8분 뒤에 또 읽어요. 그동안 grep과 파일 화면의 내용 검색은 아직 찾지 못한 문서가 몇 개인지 알려 줘요.

Connected services / 외부 서비스

• "Check again" works for a service whose tool list comes slowly. Higgsfield sends its 1.07 MB list at 17–38 KB/s, so the 30-second limit cut it every time and the connection kept an older, shorter list (100 of 185 tools). The list is now read for as long as it keeps coming; it fails only after 30 seconds without data or 90 seconds in all. Tool calls keep their 30 seconds.

• A check that fails for now (no answer in time, the service out of reach for a moment, HTTP 408, 429 or 5xx) leaves a connection with saved tools "Connected": Settings says "Last check failed: … The AI keeps using the tool list from …". A connection that already shows "Error" for such a reason is fixed too.

• Chat steps show a short look at a connected service tool's arguments, as Claude Code does: "Higgsfield · generate_image (get_cost: true, model: "z_image", prompt: "…")". Flags and numbers come first, so a free price check and the paid run it was for are told apart. Passwords, tokens, keys, sessions and cookies show as "•••".

• 도구 목록을 천천히 보내는 서비스도 "다시 확인"이 돼요. Higgsfield는 1.07 MB 목록을 초당 17–38 KB로 보내서 30초 제한에 매번 잘렸고, 연결에는 예전의 짧은 목록(185개 중 100개)이 남았어요. 이제 목록이 오는 동안은 계속 읽고, 30초 동안 아무것도 오지 않거나 모두 90초가 지나야 실패해요. 도구 호출은 지금처럼 30초예요.

• 확인이 잠깐 실패해도(제때 답이 없거나, 잠깐 연결되지 않거나, HTTP 408·429·5xx) 저장한 도구가 있는 연결은 "연결됨"으로 남아요. 설정에는 "마지막 확인에 실패했어요. … AI는 …에 받은 도구 목록을 계속 써요."라고 나와요. 이런 이유로 이미 "오류"로 보이던 연결도 바로잡혀요.

• 채팅 단계에 외부 서비스 도구의 인자를 Claude Code처럼 짧게 보여 줘요. 예: "Higgsfield · generate_image (get_cost: true, model: "z_image", prompt: "…")". 플래그와 숫자를 먼저 보여 줘서 무료 가격 확인과 돈이 드는 실제 실행을 구별할 수 있어요. 비밀번호, 토큰, 키, 세션, 쿠키 값은 "•••"로 가려요.

For the administrator / 관리자 확인 사항

• Updating: take a backup first (Admin › System › Backups › Back up now). No database migrations: the schema reader level stays 4, and 0.2.18 still opens the database.
• Linux servers need the root update once: mycel-ctl and the update timer's units (mycel-update.service, mycel-update.timer) changed. This install still comes from the old timer at the old time: 04:30 plus up to 90 minutes on the server's own clock (UTC on most servers: 13:30–15:00 in Korea), and it interrupts answers still running after 10 minutes. To pick the moment, run sudo mycel-ctl update at a quiet time (with the timer off, that is the only way). From then on the new timer keeps the team's window and waits for quiet moments; a release that fails or is rolled back is tried again after 20, 44 and 92 hours, at most once a week. sudo mycel-ctl status says until when, and sudo mycel-ctl update tries at once.
• sudo mycel-ctl auto-update on|off and sudo mycel-ctl allow-unsigned on|off change those settings and render the units again, so root/install.json and the units agree. The installer has --auto-update and --require-signed; repair and update keep the timer as it is. sudo mycel-ctl status and Admin › System › Diagnostics show both, with a warning while updates are off or unsigned versions are accepted. While answers run, mycel-ctl does not restart the server and says so; the change applies at its next start.
• rootSince: the feed now names the oldest release with the same root files, and servers on 0.2.19 or later compare it with root/VERSION, so skipping a root release is safe. Servers on 0.2.18 or older read only needsRoot, so needsRoot stays true for every release whose rootSince is newer than 0.2.18, even when only the app changed: such a server never puts an app-only release on its old root files; its timer installs both. Servers on 0.2.19 or later still take app-only releases by themselves.
• Office Mac with this Mac's own Claude login (no --claude-token-file): the server, which empties the MCP settings in the Mac user's ~/.claude.json at every start and after every answer, now saves them first to ~/TeamAX/config/claude-mcp-backups/ (Admin › Activity log names the copy). A new install lists them and stops until you choose: --claude-token-file keeps them (the server then never touches the file), --remove-claude-mcp lets them go after a copy. Trina AX 0.2.18: the AI reads the web with far fewer questions, uses every tool of a big connected service, and many small fixes

Everyone: an answer that reads many web pages asks far less, while a site that repeats what the AI sent it still asks every time. A connected service with many tools (Higgsfield has 186) now works whole. Copied answers keep their page links, Japanese and Chinese PDFs get their own fonts, skills are found with Korean words, and voice input in confidential chats no longer goes to OpenRouter. Admins get one root update and two small database migrations.

Read the web more freely / 웹을 더 자유롭게

• The AI opens up to 30 search results and links of pages it read per answer without asking, and 150 per chat (was 8 and 30). A research answer that reads 25 search-result pages and follows 5 of their links used to ask 22 times; now it asks none (4 such answers in one chat: 90 questions before, 0 now). A scheduled run keeps 8, since nobody watches it.

• What makes that safe: a search result or a link on a page that contains what the AI sent to a tool earlier in the chat (a site can repeat what it was sent, with your data in it) always asks, however many links are left, and the card says why. A redirect to such an address asks too.

• Addresses the AI writes itself still ask once per site, and the other rules (long addresses, the office network, confidential chats) are unchanged.

• AI가 검색 결과와 읽은 페이지의 링크를 답변마다 30개, 채팅마다 150개까지 묻지 않고 열어요(전에는 8개, 30개). 검색 결과 25개를 읽고 그 안의 링크 5개를 따라가는 조사 답변은 전에는 22번 물었는데, 이제는 한 번도 묻지 않아요(한 채팅에서 이런 답변 4개: 전에는 90번, 이제는 0번). 예약 작업은 지켜보는 사람이 없어서 지금처럼 8개예요.

• AI가 직접 쓴 주소는 지금처럼 사이트마다 처음 한 번 물어봐요. 긴 주소, 사무실 네트워크, 기밀 채팅 규칙도 그대로예요.

Every tool of a connected service / 연결한 서비스의 모든 도구

• A connection keeps every tool its service lists (up to 1,000). Higgsfield's MCP server offers 186 tools (about 1 MB); before, the ones after the first 46 or 100 were lost. Settings › External services shows "186 tools" with a switch for each.

• When one answer cannot carry all of a person's connection tools (200 tools or 50,000 characters of definitions, Claude Code's line), the connections that do not fit are not sent tool by tool, as with Claude Code's deferred MCP tools: the AI looks one up with find_tools and runs it with call_tool, which checks the arguments against the tool's schema first and then works exactly like the tool itself (who may use the connection, the write card, scheduled runs). This works in Claude Code, Codex, the API engine and sub-agents. A tool turned off is not listed, found or run. Steps read "Find tools "…"" and the tool's own name.

• "Check again" reads a service's tool list only until the list is full (1,000 tools or 4,000,000 characters), at most 20 pages and 16 MiB. A longer list says "1,000 of more than 1,000 tools".

AI가 find_tools로 찾고 call_tool로 실행해요. call_tool은 먼저 인자를 도구의 스키마로 확인하고, 그다음은 도구를 직접 부를 때와 똑같이 동작해요(누가 그 연결을 쓸 수 있는지, 쓰기 확인 카드, 예약 작업). Claude Code, Codex, API 엔진, 하위 에이전트 모두 같아요. 꺼 둔 도구는 목록에도, 찾기에도, 실행에도 나오지 않아요. 단계에는 "도구 찾기 "…""와 도구 이름이 나와요.

• "다시 확인"은 목록이 다 찰 때까지만(도구 1,000개 또는 4,000,000자), 최대 20쪽, 16 MiB까지 읽어요. 그보다 긴 목록은 "도구 1,000개 이상 중 1,000개"처럼 보여요.

Small fixes / 작은 수정

• Copy an answer: a link to a team file at a page, a sheet (and its rows) or a slide keeps that place when pasted (before, &page=2 and the like were dropped).

• Voice input in confidential chats no longer goes to OpenRouter. The message box says so before you start recording ("기밀 대화에서는 녹음을 바깥 음성 서비스(OpenRouter)로 보내지 않아서 음성 입력을 쓸 수 없어요."), and the server refuses such a recording either way. With "On this server" voice input still works there, since nothing leaves the server.

• Scheduled tasks: pressing "Run now" just before a task's time no longer starts its timed run at the same moment. The timed run waits until the running one has finished, then runs once (Admin › Activity log: "Scheduled task waited").

• PDFs the AI makes are set in the language they are written in: a Japanese document uses Japanese fonts first, a Chinese one Chinese fonts (simplified or traditional), and one without Korean, Japanese or Chinese follows the team language. Before, every PDF used Korean fonts first.

• Skills: when the AI's search words are in none of your skills (Korean words for a skill described in English, for example), it is shown the skills you use most instead of nothing. A skill's own file or folder name counts as much as its name (a skill named "quote" in a file called "견적서.md" comes first for "견적서").

• Office Mac: the menu bar app, its installer's messages and the kit's README use 해요체 like the rest of the app.

• 답변 복사: 팀 파일의 특정 쪽, 시트(와 그 행), 슬라이드를 가리키는 링크를 붙여 넣어도 그 자리를 그대로 가리켜요(전에는 &page=2 같은 부분이 빠졌어요).

• AI가 만드는 PDF는 쓰인 언어에 맞춰요. 일본어 문서는 일본어 글꼴, 중국어 문서는 중국어 글꼴(간체·번체)을 먼저 쓰고, 한중일 글자가 없는 문서는 팀 언어를 따라요. 전에는 모든 PDF가 한국어 글꼴을 먼저 썼어요.

• 스킬: AI가 찾는 말이 어떤 스킬에도 없을 때(영어로 설명한 스킬을 한국어로 찾을 때 등) 빈 결과 대신 자주 쓰는 스킬을 보여 줘요. 스킬의 파일이나 폴더 이름도 스킬 이름만큼 쳐요("quote"라는 스킬이 "견적서.md" 파일에 있으면 "견적서"로 찾을 때 맨 앞에 나와요).

For the administrator / 관리자 확인 사항

• Updating: take a backup first (Admin > System > Backups > Back up now). Two small database migrations (329 and 330, additions only); the schema reader level stays 4, so 0.2.17 still opens the database. Linux servers need the root update once: mycel-ctl changed (below). The update timer installs it overnight, or run sudo mycel-ctl update; the other root programs are the same as 0.2.17's. Office Macs update as usual. The download is about the same size as 0.2.17.

• The root updater no longer goes back: the update timer and sudo mycel-ctl update without --version install the feed's release only when it is newer than the app that runs, in the app updater's version order (a server on a pre-release or test build keeps it and logs why). To go back on purpose, name the version: sudo mycel-ctl update --version 0.2.17 (newer root files stay).

• Web links: MYCEL_WEB_LINK_BUDGET takes "," and an optional third number for scheduled runs (defaults 30, 150 and 8; 0 asks every time).

• External services: a connection whose tools an older server cut (Settings > External services says "100 of 150 tools") gets all of them when someone who may manage it presses "Check again". The server keeps the parsed tool lists in memory (at most 64 MiB) and reads a list again only after it changed.

• Confidential chats and voice input: with OpenRouter as the speech provider, voice input is refused in confidential chats. While Safe operations 1A is on, every chat is confidential, so voice input through OpenRouter is off everywhere until 1A is off; "On this server" keeps working.

• 외부 서비스: 예전 서버가 도구를 잘라 둔 연결(설정 > 외부 서비스에 "도구 150개 중 100개")은 그 연결을 관리할 수 있는 사람이 "다시 확인"을 누르면 모든 도구를 가져와요. 서버는 읽어 둔 도구 목록을 메모리에 두고(최대 64 MiB) 목록이 바뀐 연결만 다시 읽어요.

• 기밀 채팅과 음성 입력: 음성 제공자가 OpenRouter이면 기밀 채팅에서는 음성 입력을 받지 않아요. 안전한 실행 1A가 켜져 있으면 모든 채팅이 기밀이라서, 1A를 끌 때까지 OpenRouter 음성 입력은 어디서도 안 돼요. "이 서버에서"는 그대로 돼요.

Known limits / 알려진 한계

• Which link the AI picks among search results and page links can still carry a little data out; the budget (30 per answer, 150 per chat) bounds it, and MYCEL_WEB_LINK_BUDGET lowers it. The echo check does not catch what a site keeps and gives back later in other pieces or another form.
• A connection that does not fit in an answer costs the AI one more step (find_tools) before it uses a tool. A service with more than 1,000 tools keeps the first 1,000.
• Speech on the server itself is slow with 2 CPU cores (about 2 seconds of work per second of sound), so video sound starts off there.
• Video and audio reads are not on office Macs yet.
• When one change in many files saves to a folder that more people can see than what the chat read, the confirmation card names only the first file; "Save" also covers the other files of that step in the same folder.
• Codex web search was checked with a ChatGPT sign-in, not yet with an OpenAI API key. Pages that are not in OpenAI's index often cannot be opened through Codex's search ("403"); ask the AI to fetch the page.
• Sub-agents work with Claude only. On an office Mac that uses its own Claude login, confidential chats have no sub-agents...

Who benefits / 누구에게 도움이 되나요?

Everyone: the AI can now read video and audio files, save pictures and files that other services make, and show under each answer which team files it looked at. Skills, memory, scheduled tasks, copying answers and connected services each got easier to use. Admins get one root update, five small database migrations and a new switch for video sound.

모든 팀원: 이제 AI가 영상과 녹음 파일을 읽고, 다른 서비스가 만든 이미지와 파일을 팀 폴더에 저장하고, 답변마다 어떤 팀 파일을 봤는지 보여 줘요. 스킬, 메모리, 예약 작업, 답변 복사, 외부 서비스도 쓰기 쉬워졌어요. 관리자는 루트 업데이트 한 번, 작은 데이터베이스 마이그레이션 5개, 영상 소리 설정 하나를 챙기면 돼요.

• The AI reads video files (mp4, mov, webm, mkv and more) as evenly spaced frames with their times, and audio files (mp3, m4a, wav, flac, ogg and more) as a transcript with times. It can look at one part ("1:00-2:30"), take fewer, larger frames to read small text on a screen, or skip the sound. One read covers up to 10 minutes of sound next to frames (30 without) and says where to go on. Files up to 1 GB. Linux servers only for now.

• The sound becomes text only while an admin's "Turn video sound into text" is on, through the team's speech provider. Confidential chats never send the sound of a file out. Before each new piece of sound the server checks the setting, the provider and your access to the file again. Transcripts are kept for 30 days, so reading a file again costs nothing.

• Speech on the server itself makes the frames first and then as much sound as fits, in 30-second pieces; reading again goes on from there. Through OpenRouter, a long recording no longer comes back translated into another language, quiet recordings are raised, and the sound goes as lossless FLAC (about half the upload).

• "Send images and PDF pages to the AI" is now "Send images, PDF pages and video frames to the AI" (the same switch).

• 서버 자체 받아쓰기는 장면을 먼저 만들고 남은 시간에 소리를 30초 조각으로 받아써요. 다시 읽으면 이어서 해요. OpenRouter로는 긴 녹음이 다른 언어로 번역되어 돌아오지 않고, 작은 소리는 키우고, 소리를 무손실 FLAC(올리는 양 약 절반)으로 보내요.

• "이미지와 PDF 페이지를 AI에게 보내기"는 이제 "이미지·PDF 페이지·영상 장면을 AI에게 보내기"예요(같은 스위치예요).

Bring in files from connected services / 연결한 서비스에서 파일 가져오기

• A new tool, save_url, saves files from the web into the team folder: images (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP), PDF, video (MP4, MOV, WebM) and audio (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, Ogg). The type is judged by the file itself; SVG, HTML, archives and programs are refused. An address the conversation never showed asks with a card first. A file over 1 GB asks with its size and the free disk.

• Pictures and files from connected services (an image generator over MCP, for example) are saved without a card when the address came back from the service, within the usual link limits, unless the AI had sent that address or a long random-looking part of it to a tool earlier in the chat; then it asks.

• HTML previews show team images: <img src="images/hero.png"> shows the team file next to the page, with your own permissions. Images from the web stay blocked, with a note to have the AI save them.

• 새 도구 save_url이 웹의 파일을 팀 폴더에 저장해요. 이미지(PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP), PDF, 영상(MP4, MOV, WebM), 소리(MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC, Ogg)예요. 종류는 파일 내용으로 판단하고 SVG, HTML, 압축 파일, 프로그램은 받지 않아요. 대화에 나온 적 없는 주소는 카드로 먼저 물어봐요. 1 GB가 넘는 파일은 크기와 디스크 여유를 보여 주고 물어봐요.

• HTML 미리보기에 팀 이미지가 보여요. <img src="images/hero.png">는 페이지 옆의 팀 파일을 내 권한으로 보여 줘요. 웹 이미지는 계속 막히고, AI에게 저장해 달라고 하라는 안내가 나와요.

Sources under answers / 답변 아래 참고한 파일

• Under each answer, "참고한 파일 N개" (files referenced) lists the team files the AI read or saw in search and grep results, with the pages, sheets, slides or sections it looked at; a click opens the file at that place. The server records the list itself and checks it against your access each time; a file you can no longer open shows only as "볼 수 없는 파일 N개". Screen only, never in notifications or exports.

• The AI sees where things are: grep results show the page, sheet row or slide ("[p.12]", "[시트 '매출' A12:F12]", "[슬라이드 3]"), so its links open a PDF at the page, a spreadsheet at the rows, a presentation at the slide.

• 답변마다 아래에 "참고한 파일 N개"가 나와요. AI가 읽었거나 검색·grep 결과로 본 팀 파일과, 본 쪽·시트·슬라이드·절이 나오고, 누르면 그 자리로 열려요. 목록은 서버가 직접 기록하고 열 때마다 내 권한으로 다시 확인해요. 이제 열 수 없는 파일은 "볼 수 없는 파일 N개"로만 보여요. 화면에만 나오고 알림이나 내보내기에는 들어가지 않아요.

• AI가 문서 속 위치를 알아요. grep 결과에 쪽, 시트 행, 슬라이드가 붙어서("[p.12]", "[시트 '매출' A12:F12]", "[슬라이드 3]"), AI의 링크가 PDF는 그 쪽, 스프레드시트는 그 행, 프레젠테이션은 그 슬라이드로 열려요.

Skills / 스킬

• The AI knows every skill you can use, not only the first 50: each is one short line in its list, like in Claude Code, and the AI loads the full steps with a new skill tool ("Use skill · …"), or searches them ("Find skills …"). Skills in folders you cannot open are never named or loaded. A chat that goes on is told which skills changed since it started.

• Members now see their skills on the Team skills page too: "Available skills" lists the team skills in folders they can read and their own personal skills, with "Use in chat" and "View file".

• The "/" skill picker lists every matching skill, not only eight, and keeps the chosen row in sight.

• AI가 처음 50개만이 아니라 내가 쓸 수 있는 스킬을 모두 알아요. Claude Code처럼 스킬마다 짧은 한 줄로 목록에 넣고, 쓸 때 새 skill 도구로 전체 단계를 불러오거나("스킬 사용 · …") 찾아봐요("스킬 찾기 …"). 내가 열 수 없는 폴더의 스킬은 이름도 나오지 않아요. 이어지는 채팅에는 그사이 바뀐 스킬을 알려 줘요.

• 일반 팀원도 팀 스킬 화면에서 스킬을 봐요. "쓸 수 있는 스킬" 탭에 읽을 수 있는 폴더의 팀 스킬과 내 개인 스킬이 나오고, "채팅에서 쓰기"와 "파일 보기"가 있어요.

• "/" 스킬 선택 목록에 맞는 스킬이 8개만이 아니라 모두 나오고, 고른 줄이 늘 보여요.

Small conveniences / 작은 편의

• Copy an answer with its formatting: a paste into Gmail, Outlook, Word or Google Docs keeps headings, bold, lists, links and tables; a plain text field still gets the Markdown.

• Settings › Memory: add a memory yourself, or correct one in place.

• Settings › Scheduled tasks: "Run now" runs a task once right away in a new chat, with the rules of a run at its time (a paused task too); the pencil edits a task through the same card as when it was made.

• External services: each tool of an MCP connection has its own on/off switch. A tool that is off is not offered to the AI.

• Counts read "1 person", "1 file" in English and Spanish. The desktop browser asks "Open page · https://…" instead of naming a tool. Korean image notes and voice input errors use 해요체. A README in Simplified Chinese.

• 답변을 서식째 복사해요. Gmail, Outlook, Word, Google Docs에 붙이면 제목, 굵게, 목록, 링크, 표가 그대로 나오고, 일반 글 입력란에는 지금처럼 Markdown이 들어가요.

• 설정 › 메모리: 메모리를 직접 추가하고, 그 자리에서 고칠 수 있어요.

• 설정 › 예약 작업: "지금 실행"은 예약 시각과 같은 규칙으로 새 채팅에서 지금 한 번 실행해요(꺼 둔 작업도 돼요). 연필 버튼은 만들 때와 같은 카드로 작업을 고쳐요.

• 외부 서비스: MCP 연결의 도구마다 켜고 끄는 스위치가 있어요. 끈 도구는 AI에게 보이지 않아요.

• After the update the server makes the text of Office, PDF and Hangul files again in the background, newest first and at most half its time; grep uses the old text until then (roughly 1–3 hours for 10,000 documents on 2 CPUs; 18 files took 5 seconds on our test server).

• New team setting "Turn video sound into text" (Admin > Team settings > Voice input). It starts on when voice input runs on this server, except with 2 CPU cores or fewer (slow), and off with OpenRouter, because that sends the sound of team files to OpenRouter and its provider. Linux servers use the distribution's ffmpeg (the installer installs it); keep security updates on.

• Hosted servers (every plan) include speech-to-text: 10 hours of sound a month for voice input and video reads, through OpenRouter to DeepInfra or Groq in the US with zero data retention. It starts once the hosting service hands the server its key; then voice input and video sound start on, unless an admin chose otherwise. A team's own OpenRouter key comes first.

• Search by meaning is now off unless MYCEL_SEMANTIC=on: in our tests it ranked unrelated passages first and used much memory and CPU; the AI finds documents with grep and file names.

• Self-hosted servers can run Claude Code on other models through an Anthropic-compatible gateway (OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Kimi, GLM): engine.anthropicGateway in server.json, managed mode only. While it is set, Claude subscriptions and Claude API keys are not used, and conversations go to the gateway provider and the model's vendor (docs/CONFIGURATION.md).

Everyone on a Linux server gets readable PDFs from the AI in Korean, Japanese and Chinese, and everyone sees clearer switches, buttons and notices; admins get a server that no longer fills its disk with old versions.

Linux 서버를 쓰는 모든 팀원이 AI가 만든 PDF에서 한글·일본어·중국어를 읽을 수 있고, 스위치·버튼·안내가 더 잘 보여요. 관리자는 오래된 버전이 디스크를 채우지 않는 서버를 받아요.

For your team / 팀원이 달라지는 점

• PDFs in Korean, Japanese and Chinese: before, on a Linux server, these characters came out as empty boxes in the PDFs the AI made. Now they show, and headings and bold text are bold. PDFs made before need to be made again. Office Macs were never affected.

• Easier to see: switches are clearer when off, and in dark mode the knob of a switch that is on is dark on the orange. Bordered buttons such as "Always allow" and "Try again" have a visible edge, and notices and links in Admin use a darker orange text. A plain "no" stays neutral, like Claude Code's: "Deny" on the in-app browser's site card and "Reject" on a team skill review are grey, not red; red is kept for deleting. Light and dark.

• Colours everywhere: the phone's browser bar, the installed app's title bar and the Windows desktop app's welcome screen and browser toolbar use the same colours as the web app. The app uses your computer's own font; Pretendard was listed first but never shipped, so nothing changes unless you installed it yourself.

• Korean: messages from the team server (sign-in, files, system and update status, safety checks) now use the same polite style as the rest of the app (해요체). The meaning is unchanged.

• Hangul preview: when the HWP Preview plugin is installed but turned off, the message now says an admin can turn it on in Admin > Plugins (before: "add it").

• Image reads: when a converter could not read an image safely, the AI is told the file is damaged, not too heavy.

• 한글·일본어·중국어 PDF: 예전에는 Linux 서버에서 AI가 만든 PDF에 이 글자들이 빈 네모로 나왔어요. 이제 제대로 보이고, 제목과 굵은 글씨도 굵게 나와요. 예전에 만든 PDF는 다시 만들어야 해요. 사무실 Mac은 원래 문제가 없었어요.

• 더 잘 보이게: 꺼진 스위치가 더 또렷해졌고, 어두운 화면에서 켜진 스위치의 손잡이는 주황 위에 어두운색이에요. "항상 허용", "다시 시도" 같은 테두리 버튼에 테두리가 잘 보이고, 안내와 관리자 화면의 링크는 더 진한 주황 글씨예요. 그냥 "아니요"인 버튼은 Claude Code처럼 차분하게 두었어요. 앱 안 브라우저의 사이트 카드의 "거부"와 팀 스킬 검토의 "거절"은 빨간색이 아니라 회색이에요. 빨간색은 지우기에만 써요. 밝은 화면과 어두운 화면 모두 해당돼요.

• 어디서나 같은 색: 휴대폰 브라우저 막대, 설치한 앱의 제목 막대, Windows 데스크톱 앱의 첫 화면과 브라우저 도구 막대가 웹 앱과 같은 색을 써요. 앱 글꼴은 내 컴퓨터의 기본 글꼴이에요. Pretendard는 목록 맨 앞에 있었지만 실제로 들어 있지 않았어요. 직접 설치하지 않았다면 바뀌는 것은 없어요.

• 한국어: 팀 서버가 보내는 안내(로그인, 파일, 시스템·업데이트 상태, 안전 확인)도 앱의 다른 곳처럼 해요체로 바꿨어요. 뜻은 그대로예요.

• 한글 문서 미리보기: 한글 문서 미리보기 플러그인이 설치되어 있지만 꺼져 있을 때, 이제 관리자가 관리자 > 플러그인에서 켤 수 있다고 안내해요(예전: "추가하세요").

• 이미지 읽기: 변환 프로그램이 이미지를 안전하게 읽지 못하면, AI에게 "파일이 너무 무겁다"가 아니라 "파일이 손상됐다"고 알려요.

For the administrator / 관리자 확인 사항

• Updating: this release needs the root update once on Linux servers (Admin > System says it "needs administrator rights on the server"). The root programs (mycel-ctl, the launcher, the sandbox helper, the bootstrap, mycel-safeops) are now built without the commit they come from, so these first copies differ from 0.2.15's. Servers with the update timer on (the default) install it overnight; or run sudo mycel-ctl update. Later releases that do not change these programs need no root step. Office Macs update as usual. No database migrations, so 0.2.15 can still open the database. No settings change.

• Download size: the update grows by about 25 MB and the install kit by about 32 MB (40 MB unpacked), for the Noto Sans CJK fonts (OFL-1.1, notice in licenses/noto-sans-cjk/). They come with the normal update: no package to install.

• Old versions are removed by themselves: every update adds a version folder of about 500 MB under app/versions, and until now nothing removed the old ones. Now the server removes them 10 minutes after it starts and then every hour. It keeps the current version, the previous one (for Roll back), the newest one downloaded but not applied yet, and any changed in the last 24 hours; old engine folders go too. The first run after 0.2.16 removes what has collected: on our test server 5 old versions, 2.5 GB, in seconds. Admin > System > Diagnostics shows "Kept versions" and their size; admin.js prune-versions --dry-run lists what would go. mycel-ctl update also removes the work folder an interrupted update left (about 600 MB). Nothing to configure, no root step.

• 오래된 버전은 알아서 지워요: 업데이트마다 app/versions 아래에 약 500 MB짜리 버전 폴더가 생기는데, 지금까지는 옛 폴더를 아무도 지우지 않았어요. 이제 서버가 시작하고 10분 뒤, 그다음 한 시간마다 지워요. 지금 버전, 바로 전 버전(되돌리기용), 받아 두고 아직 적용하지 않은 가장 새 버전, 24시간 안에 바뀐 버전은 남겨요. 옛 엔진 폴더도 지워요. 0.2.16으로 바꾼 뒤 첫 실행에서 쌓인 것을 지워요. 저희 시험 서버에서는 옛 버전 5개, 2.5 GB가 몇 초 만에 지워졌어요. 관리자 > 시스템 > 진단에서 "보관 중인 버전"과 크기를 볼 수 있고, admin.js prune-versions --dry-run으로 지울 목록을 미리 볼 수 있어요. mycel-ctl update는 중간에 끊긴 업데이트가 남긴 작업 폴더(약 600 MB)도 지워요. 따로 설정할 것도, 루트 단계도 없어요.

Known limits / 알려진 한계

• When one change in many files saves to a folder that more people can see than what the chat read, the confirmation card names only the first file; "Save" also covers the other files of that step in the same folder.

• Codex web search was checked with a ChatGPT sign-in. With an OpenAI API key it has not been checked yet; if the key cannot search, that search fails and the answer goes on.

• Pages that are not in OpenAI's index often cannot be opened through Codex's search ("403"); ask the AI to fetch the page. Links in Codex search results always ask with a card (Claude's results open within the link limits).

• Sub-agents work with Claude only. On an office Mac that uses its own Claude login, confidential chats have no sub-agents yet.

• No Mac desktop app in this release: the dmg is not signed and notarized by Apple yet, and the Mac App Store version is not published yet. The Windows installer is not code-signed, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning the first time.

Trina AX 0.2.15: drag files onto folders, easier-to-see text fields, and safer file conversion

Who benefits / 누구에게 도움이 되나요?

Everyone can tidy the team folder by dragging files onto a folder and can see text fields more easily; admins get safer handling of the files the server converts for previews, thumbnails and transcripts.

모든 팀원이 파일을 폴더로 끌어다 놓아 팀 폴더를 정리할 수 있고, 입력 칸이 더 잘 보여요. 관리자는 서버가 미리보기·썸네일·받아쓰기를 위해 변환하는 파일을 더 안전하게 다룰 수 있어요.

For your team / 팀원이 달라지는 점

• Drag to move: before, moving files meant selecting them, clicking "Move" and picking the folder in a dialog. Now you can drag rows onto a folder, or onto the folder path at the top to move them up, as in Finder or Google Drive. Dragging a selected row moves the whole selection; dragging any other row moves just that row. A folder you can drop on says "Move here"; a folder you cannot change says "Can't move here" and takes nothing. The same checks, questions and messages as "Move", which still works.

• Drop files from your computer onto a folder: before, files dragged in from your computer went into the folder you had open. Now a file dropped on a folder row is uploaded into that folder, and the upload list shows where each one goes. Dragging a file into a chat's message box still attaches it.

• Easier-to-see text fields: before, the edges of inputs and text boxes were very faint. Now they stand out clearly in light and dark mode, and the field you are typing in gets a 2px colored edge. The chat's message box stays quiet: when you type in it, its edge only gets a little darker.

• Windows desktop app: it now writes the sign-in of the open team to disk before it quits, also when you close its last window.

• 끌어서 옮기기: 예전에는 파일을 옮기려면 선택하고 "옮기기"를 누른 뒤 창에서 폴더를 골라야 했어요. 이제 Finder나 Google Drive처럼 줄을 폴더 위로 끌어다 놓거나, 위쪽 폴더 경로에 놓아 위 폴더로 옮길 수 있어요. 선택한 줄을 끌면 선택한 것이 모두 옮겨지고, 다른 줄을 끌면 그 줄만 옮겨져요. 놓을 수 있는 폴더에는 "여기로 옮기기"가, 바꿀 수 없는 폴더에는 "여기에는 옮길 수 없어요"가 나오고 아무것도 받지 않아요. 확인·질문·안내는 "옮기기"와 같고, "옮기기"도 그대로 쓸 수 있어요.

• 컴퓨터 파일을 폴더에 바로 올리기: 예전에는 컴퓨터에서 끌어온 파일이 지금 열어 둔 폴더에 올라갔어요. 이제 폴더 줄 위에 놓으면 그 폴더에 올라가고, 올리기 목록에 어디로 가는지 보여요. 채팅 입력창으로 끌어다 놓으면 예전처럼 첨부돼요.

• 더 잘 보이는 입력 칸: 예전에는 입력 칸과 글 상자의 테두리가 아주 흐렸어요. 이제 밝은 화면과 어두운 화면 모두에서 또렷하게 보이고, 글을 쓰고 있는 칸에는 2px 색 테두리가 생겨요. 채팅 입력창은 조용하게 두었어요. 입력할 때 테두리만 조금 진해져요.

• Windows 데스크톱 앱: 이제 앱을 끝낼 때, 마지막 창을 닫아 끝낼 때도, 열려 있던 팀의 로그인 정보를 먼저 저장해요.

For the administrator / 관리자 확인 사항

• Updating: Linux servers (hosted and self-installed) and office Macs take 0.2.15 through their normal nightly update. No database migrations, so 0.2.14 can still open the database; nothing to do beyond your usual backups. No settings change.

• Security: the server runs converters on files people upload or the AI writes (audio and video, image thumbnails, HEIC photos, HWP documents, new Word and PDF files). What a converter leaves behind is now used only when it is a plain file that the converter itself wrote, and a conversion whose work folder was replaced fails. Before, a specially made file that took over a converter could make the server use another file the server can read as if it were the result: shown as a transcript, a thumbnail or a preview, sent for transcription, or put into a new document. Converters already run in a sandbox; this closes the way back out through their results. Nothing to configure.

• 업데이트: Linux 서버(호스팅·직접 설치)와 사무실 Mac은 평소처럼 밤사이 자동 업데이트로 0.2.15를 받아요. 데이터베이스 마이그레이션이 없어서 0.2.14도 같은 데이터베이스를 열 수 있고, 평소 백업 외에 따로 할 일은 없어요. 바뀐 설정도 없어요.

Trina AX 0.2.14: longer answers, one change in many files, and answers in one language

Who benefits / 누구에게 도움이 되나요?

Everyone can hand the AI bigger jobs, such as the same change in many notes, and get them done in one answer written in their own language; admins see the right connection wording for a server reached at its own public address.

모든 팀원이 여러 노트에 같은 수정을 하는 것 같은 큰 일을 AI에게 맡기고, 한 답변 안에서 자기 언어로 끝까지 받을 수 있어요. 관리자는 자기 공개 주소로 접속하는 서버의 연결 상태를 바른 문구로 볼 수 있어요.

For your team / 팀원이 달라지는 점

• Longer answers: before, an answer paused with "Continue" after the AI used tools 50 times. Now it can go up to 150 times (tools it uses together count once), so big jobs stop less often.

• The same change in many files: before, changing one line in 30 notes took 30 separate edits. Now the AI can make the same change in up to 50 files in one step ("Edit files · +N"). Each file still gets its own access check, version history and cards, and a file that cannot be changed does not stop the others. Not in confidential chats or through the remote connector.

• What was left as it was: after changing many files or items, the answer also lists the ones it did not change (already as asked, or skipped and why).

• One language: before, a Korean answer could start with English such as "Let me check…" or "Verify:". Now everything the AI says, including the short text between steps, is in the answer's language. What you ask for in another language (an English email, a translation), code, file names and quotes stay as they are.

• 더 긴 답변: 예전에는 AI가 한 답변에서 도구를 50번 쓰면 "이어서 하기"로 멈췄어요. 이제 150번까지 쓸 수 있어서(한꺼번에 쓴 도구는 한 번으로 쳐요) 큰 일이 덜 끊겨요.

• 여러 파일에 같은 수정: 예전에는 노트 30개의 한 줄을 바꾸려면 수정을 30번 따로 했어요. 이제 AI가 최대 50개 파일에 같은 수정을 한 단계로 해요("여러 파일 수정 · <첫 파일> +N"). 파일마다 접근 권한 확인, 버전 기록, 확인 카드는 그대로이고, 바꿀 수 없는 파일이 있어도 나머지는 계속돼요. 기밀 채팅과 원격 연결에서는 쓰지 않아요.

• 그대로 둔 것도 알려 줘요: 여러 파일이나 항목을 바꾼 뒤, 답에 바꾸지 않은 것(이미 그렇게 되어 있던 것, 건너뛴 것과 그 이유)도 적어요.

• 한 가지 언어로: 예전에는 한국어 답변이 "Let me check…", "Verify:" 같은 영어로 시작할 때가 있었어요. 이제 단계 사이의 짧은 글까지 AI가 하는 말은 모두 답변 언어로 나와요. 다른 언어로 부탁한 내용(영어 이메일, 번역), 코드, 파일 이름, 인용은 그대로예요.

It applies to answers by Claude: Codex has no round limit (only the time limits), the API engine keeps its 30 rounds and each sub-agent its 50.

• Diagnostics and Connection: on a server without the relay that has a public address (the Linux --public-host, an office Mac's internet address, or the server's own https domain), Admin > System > Diagnostics now says the team can connect from outside at that address (ok), and the Connection card shows "Public address, no relay" with the address instead of "Office network only". A server with neither still says office network only, and on Linux how to set the public address. A hosted server whose relay is not connected yet keeps the support wording.

Trina AX 0.2.13: clearer Codex search steps, and the server's public address in Diagnostics

Everyone can read what a Codex web search did and where an answer stopped, and admins can see in Diagnostics whether the server can open web addresses without asking.

모든 팀원이 Codex 웹 검색이 무엇을 했는지, 답변이 어디서 멈췄는지 화면에서 바로 읽을 수 있어요. 관리자는 진단 화면에서 서버가 웹 주소를 묻지 않고 열 수 있는 상태인지 볼 수 있어요.

For your team / 팀원이 달라지는 점

• Codex web search steps: before, opening a search result showed "Web search: " with nothing after it, and a search the server refused still showed as done (green). Now the steps read "Searching the web…" and "Opening a search result", and a refused search shows as failed with the reason. The address in it was never opened; the AI is told to fetch it with the address card instead.

• Stopped and paused steps: before, a step cut off by Stop or by the answer's time limit showed only a grey icon. Now the words "Stopped here" or "Paused here" show next to it.

• Scheduled tasks: if a task's instruction has an address with a very long query (over 200 characters), the card now lists that address apart, highlights the query and says runs never open it. Such an address always needs a person to confirm it, and nobody is there during a run. Before, the card counted it with the addresses that open.

• Codex 웹 검색 단계: 예전에는 검색 결과를 열면 "웹 검색: " 뒤가 비어 보였고, 서버가 거절한 검색도 완료(초록)로 보였어요. 이제 "웹 검색 중…", "검색 결과 열기"로 보이고, 거절된 검색은 실패로 이유와 함께 보여요. 그 주소는 열리지 않았고, AI에게는 주소 카드로 가져오라고 알려요.

• 멈춘 단계: 예전에는 Stop이나 답변 시간 한도로 끊긴 단계에 회색 아이콘만 있었어요. 이제 아이콘 옆에 "여기서 중지됨" 또는 "여기서 멈춤"이 글자로 보여요.

• 예약 작업: 지시문에 아주 긴 쿼리(200자 넘게)가 붙은 주소가 있으면, 카드가 그 주소를 따로 보여 주고 쿼리를 강조하고 실행 때 열지 않는다고 알려 줘요. 이런 주소는 늘 사람이 확인해야 하는데, 실행 중에는 확인할 사람이 없어요. 예전에는 열리는 주소와 함께 세었어요.

For the administrator / 관리자 확인 사항

• Updating: Linux servers (hosted and self-installed) and office Macs take 0.2.13 through their normal nightly update. No database migrations and no changed settings in this release, so nothing to do beyond your usual backups.

• Admin > System > Diagnostics has a new line, "Public address of the server". It says whether the server knows its public address (IPv4 / IPv6, or from the relay), does not know it yet, or has the check turned off (MYCEL_EXIT_ADDRESS_CHECK=off). While it is not known, every web address the AI opens asks a person and scheduled tasks open none. If a self-installed server shows "Not known", check that it can reach https://updates.trina.app over https. The address itself is never shown.

• The privacy and admin pages (docs/security-and-permissions, docs/for-admins, the READMEs) now say two things the server already did in 0.2.12: it asks https://updates.trina.app/ip for its own public address at start and every 30 minutes, and each Codex web search sends the conversation so far to OpenAI's search service. Nothing new leaves the server in this release.

• Release bundles now carry the Public Suffix List notice (MPL-2.0, source: https://publicsuffix.org/list/) for the tldts dependency, in licenses/public-suffix-list/.

• 업데이트: Linux 서버(호스팅·직접 설치)와 사무실 Mac은 평소처럼 밤사이 자동 업데이트로 0.2.13을 받아요. 이번 릴리스에는 데이터베이스 마이그레이션도, 바뀐 설정도 없어서 평소 백업 외에 따로 할 일은 없어요.

• 개인정보·관리자 안내(docs/security-and-permissions, docs/for-admins, README)에 서버가 0.2.12부터 하던 두 가지를 적었어요. 서버가 시작할 때와 30분마다 https://updates.trina.app/ip 에 자기 공인 주소를 묻는 것, 그리고 Codex 웹 검색마다 지금까지의 대화 내용이 OpenAI의 검색 서비스로 가는 것이에요. 이번 릴리스에서 서버 밖으로 새로 나가는 것은 없어요.

• 릴리스 묶음에 tldts 의존성이 담고 있는 Public Suffix List의 고지(MPL-2.0, 원본: https://publicsuffix.org/list/)가 licenses/public-suffix-list/에 들어가요.

Known limits / 알려진 한계

• Codex web search was checked with a ChatGPT sign-in. With an OpenAI API key it has not been checked yet; if the key cannot search, that search fails and the answer goes on.

• Pages that are not in OpenAI's index often cannot be opened through Codex's search ("403"); ask the AI to fetch the page. Links in Codex search results always ask with a card (Claude's results open within the link limits).

• Sub-agents work with Claude only. On an office Mac that uses its own Claude login, confidential chats have no sub-agents yet.

• On a self-installed server without a relay (for example behind a tunnel), the relay line in Diagnostics still says the team can only connect from the office network, even when people reach the server from outside. Only the wording is wrong; the server works as usual.

• No Mac desktop app (dmg) in this release: it is not signed and notarized by Apple yet. The Windows installer is not code-signed, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning the first time.

• Codex 웹 검색은 ChatGPT 로그인으로 확인했어요. OpenAI API 키로는 아직 확인하지 못했어요. 그 키로 검색할 수 없으면 그 검색만 실패하고 답변은 계속돼요.

• OpenAI 색인에 없는 페이지는 Codex 검색으로 열지 못할 때가 많아요("403"). 그럴 땐 AI에게 그 페이지를 가져와 달라고 하세요. Codex 검색 결과의 링크는 늘 카드로 물어봐요(Claude의 검색 결과는 링크 한도 안에서 열려요).

• 중계 없이 직접 설치한 서버(예: 터널 뒤)에서는 진단의 중계 줄이 아직 "사무실 안에서만 접속할 수 있습니다"라고 나와요. 밖에서 접속하고 있어도 그래요. 문구만 틀렸고 서버는 평소대로 동작해요.

• 이번 릴리스에도 Mac 데스크톱 앱(dmg)은 없어요. Apple 서명·공증이 아직 없어요. Windows 설치 파일은 코드 서명이 없어서 처음 실행할 때 SmartScreen 경고가 나와요.

Trina AX 0.2.12: sub-agents, web search with Codex, and checks on everything that leaves the server

Who benefits / 누구에게 도움이 되나요?

Everyone gets Claude Code's sub-agents for big requests and web search with Codex, and the server now asks before the AI can send team information out through a web address, a scheduled task or a connected service.

큰 요청은 AI가 Claude Code처럼 여러 도우미 AI에게 나눠 맡기고 Codex에서도 웹 검색이 돼요. 그리고 AI가 웹 주소·예약 작업·연결한 서비스로 팀 정보를 밖에 보내기 전에 서버가 먼저 확인을 받아요.

For your team / 팀원이 달라지는 점

• Sub-agents: before, the AI did every part of a big request itself, one after another. Now it can hand parts to up to 4 helper AIs at once, like Claude Code ("summarize these six branch reports, then compare them"). Helpers work as you: the same files, permissions and cards. Their steps show under a "Sub-task" row. This works with Claude (not Codex yet).

• Web search with Codex: before, a chat on Codex had no web search, so asked to search it guessed an address. Now Codex searches like Claude. It uses OpenAI's own search index (no live page loads), and each search sends the conversation so far to OpenAI's search service, the same way Claude's search sends it to Anthropic. To open a page, the AI fetches it with the usual address rules. No web search in confidential chats or approved template runs.

• Web addresses: an address you typed opens without a card. Links the AI finds in a page it fetched or in Claude's search results open without asking, up to 8 per answer and 30 per chat; after that each new one shows a card, where you can also choose "Allow this site in this conversation". The server does not even look up an address it has to ask about until you allow it.

• Scheduled tasks: when the AI creates one, a card shows its title, schedule, the whole instruction and the web addresses in it. Nothing is created until you approve, and its runs open only those addresses without asking. Tasks the AI made for you before this release are paused: you get a notice and a banner. Open Settings > Scheduled tasks, press "Check again", read the card and turn it back on. Templates keep running.

• Smaller changes: a step you stopped shows as stopped (grey stop icon), not as a red failed step. Download-only files show "Download only" and cannot be sent to the AI or added to a chat. Before a connected service changes something, its card shows everything that will be sent. Your own (personal) connections always ask before they change something; "Run without asking" is for team connections only. In confidential chats, artifacts and HTML previews show without running their scripts, except in the desktop app.

• 하위 에이전트: 예전에는 큰 요청도 AI가 혼자 하나씩 차례로 했어요. 이제 Claude Code처럼 일을 나눠 도우미 AI에게 한 번에 4개까지 맡겨요("지점 보고서 6개를 요약해서 비교해 줘"). 도우미는 나와 같은 파일·권한·확인 카드로 일해요. 도우미의 단계는 "하위 작업" 줄 아래에 보여요. Claude에서 돼요(Codex는 아직 아니에요).

• Codex 웹 검색: 예전에는 Codex 채팅에 웹 검색이 없어서, 검색을 부탁하면 주소를 짐작해 열었어요. 이제 Codex도 Claude처럼 검색해요. OpenAI의 검색 색인만 쓰고(페이지를 그때그때 불러오지 않아요), 검색할 때마다 지금까지의 대화 내용이 OpenAI의 검색 서비스로 가요. Claude의 검색이 Anthropic으로 보내는 것과 같아요. 페이지를 열 때는 평소 주소 규칙대로 웹 페이지 가져오기를 써요. 기밀 채팅과 승인된 템플릿 실행에서는 웹 검색을 하지 않아요.

• 웹 주소: 내가 직접 친 주소는 카드 없이 열려요. AI가 가져온 페이지나 Claude의 검색 결과에서 찾은 링크는 답변마다 8개, 채팅마다 30개까지 묻지 않고 열고, 그다음부터는 새 링크마다 카드가 떠요. 카드에서 "이 대화에서 이 사이트 허용"도 고를 수 있어요. 물어봐야 하는 주소는 허용하기 전에는 서버가 찾아보지도 않아요.

• 예약 작업: AI가 예약 작업을 만들 때 카드에 제목·일정·지시문 전체·그 안의 웹 주소가 보여요. 승인하기 전에는 만들어지지 않고, 실행할 때는 그 주소만 묻지 않고 열어요. 이번 릴리스 전에 AI가 만든 예약 작업은 멈춰 둬요. 알림과 배너로 알려 드려요. 설정 > 예약 작업에서 "다시 확인"을 누르고 카드를 읽은 뒤 다시 켜세요. 템플릿은 계속 실행돼요.

• 작은 변화: 내가 멈춘 단계는 빨간 실패가 아니라 멈춤(회색 정지 아이콘)으로 보여요. 다운로드 전용 파일에는 "다운로드 전용"이 붙고, AI에게 보내거나 채팅에 추가할 수 없어요. 연결한 서비스에서 무언가를 바꾸기 전에 카드가 보낼 내용을 전부 보여 줘요. 내 개인 연결은 무언가를 바꾸기 전에 늘 물어봐요. "묻지 않고 실행"은 팀 연결에만 있어요. 기밀 채팅에서는 아티팩트와 HTML 미리보기를 스크립트 없이 보여 줘요(데스크톱 앱은 그대로예요).

For the administrator / 관리자 확인 사항

• Take a backup first. This release changes the database (migrations 214, 215, 216, 322, 323 and 324). Before your server updates (tonight, if automatic updates are on), press Admin > System > Backups > Back up now and keep an encrypted copy off the machine (docs/BACKUP-RESTORE.md). The changes only add to the database, so a server that has to go back to 0.2.11 still opens it.

• Updating: Linux servers (hosted and self-installed) and office Macs take 0.2.12 through their normal nightly update. On Linux this update changes root files (the service units, mycel-ctl and root's copies of the 1A programs): the update timer installs it as usual. If you turned the timer off, run sudo mycel-ctl update; the app cannot take this update by itself.

• Owners and admins must act on paused scheduled tasks. On upgrade, every scheduled task the AI made before this release is paused (templates are not), because nobody ever confirmed it. Only its owner can turn it back on, in Settings > Scheduled tasks > "Check again". Admin > Members & invites > "Scheduled tasks waiting for a check" lists them (owner, schedule, since when; never the title or instruction). Check your own and tell the people on that list; until they do, those tasks do not run.

• Public address check: the server now asks https://updates.trina.app/ip for its own public address at start and every 30 minutes. With it, the server refuses web addresses that lead back to itself (the router, NAS or cloud host in front of it) and opens other addresses by the normal rules. This means updates.trina.app sees your server's address every 30 minutes (it already does on update checks). To turn it off, put MYCEL_EXIT_ADDRESS_CHECK=off in the server's environment file (/etc/default/mycel on a default Linux install) and restart the server. Then, as on a server that cannot reach updates.trina.app, every web address the AI opens asks a person and scheduled tasks open none.

• Codex web search is on for Codex chats, with no separate switch. Each search sends the conversation so far to OpenAI's search service (chatgpt.com for a ChatGPT sign-in, api.openai.com for an API key). Confidential chats and approved template runs never search.

• Sub-agents are on by default. Admin > Team settings > "Let the AI split work into sub-tasks" turns them off. Helpers use the AI service too, so a big request can cost more.

• Connections: personal connections that were set to "Run without asking" ask again. "Run without asking" is now for team connections only, and runs in a scheduled task only if its card allowed it.

• ChatGPT (Codex) connections now record their use (tokens, requests, last used) in Admin > AI connections, so a monthly limit on such a connection now works. The same page now says that OpenRouter, Gemini and local models connect in AI engines > API engine.

• Safe operations 1A works on a standard Linux install: sudo mycel-ctl safe-ops on, off and status. Turning it on or off restarts the server (running answers stop). While it is on, the server and every AI answer of the whole team share at most 4 GiB of memory, 4 CPUs and 512 tasks, with no swap. It needs at least 2304 MiB; we recommend a server (or hosted plan) with 8 GB of memory or more. After you turn it off, only chats that ran a 1A job stay without web access; other chats get it back. Admin > System > Diagnostics shows "Safe PowerPoint (1A)" and what is missing.

• The "Send images and PDF pages to the AI" setting now also covers HWP page images and the in-app browser's screenshots.

• New server dependency: tldts 7.0.30 (MIT). It carries the Public Suffix List (MPL-2.0, source: https://publicsuffix.org/list/).

• 멈춘 예약 작업은 소유자와 관리자가 챙겨야 해요. 업그레이드하면 이번 릴리스 전에 AI가 만든 예약 작업은 아무도 확인한 적이 없어서 모두 멈춰요(템플릿은 아니에요). 다시 켤 수 있는 사람은 그 작업을 만든 본인뿐이에요: 설정 > 예약 작업 > "다시 확인". 관리자 > 멤버·초대 > "확인을 기다리는 예약 작업"에 목록이 있어요(누구 것인지, 일정, 언제부터; 제목과 지시문은 보이지 않아요). 내 것을 확인하고, 목록에 있는 사람에게 알려 주세요. 확인하기 전까지 그 작업은 실행되지 않아요.

• 공인 주소 확인: 서버가 시작할 때와 30분마다 https://updates.trina.app/ip 에 자기 공인 주소를 물어요. 그 주소를 알면 서버 자신으로 되돌아오는 웹 주소(서버 앞의 공유기·NAS·클라우드 호스트)는 거절하고, 다른 주소는 평소 규칙대로 열어요. 그래서 updates.trina.app은 30분마다 서버의 주소를 보게 돼요(업데이트 확인 때도 이미 봐요). 끄려면 서버 환경 파일(기본 Linux 설치는 /etc/default/mycel)에 MYCEL_EXIT_ADDRESS_CHECK=off를 넣고 서버를 다시 시작하세요. 그러면 updates.trina.app에 접속하지 못하는 서버처럼, AI가 여는 웹 주소마다 사람에게 묻고 예약 작업은 웹 주소를 열지 않아요.

• Codex 웹 검색은 Codex 채팅에서 켜져 있고, 따로 끄는 스위치는 없어요. 검색할 때마다 지금까지의 대화 내용이 OpenAI의 검색 서비스로 가요(ChatGPT 로그인은 chatgpt.com, API 키는 api.openai.com). 기밀 채팅과 승인된 템플릿 실행에서는 검색하지 않아요.

• 하위 에이전트는 기본으로 켜져 있어요. 관리자 > 팀 설정 > "AI가 일을 나눠 맡기기"에서 끌 수 있어요. 도우미도 AI 서비스를 쓰기 때문에 큰 요청은 비용이 더 들 수 있어요.

• 연결: "묻지 않고 실행"으로 둔 개인 연결은 다시 물어봐요. "묻지 않고 실행"은 이제 팀 연결에만 있고, 예약 작업에서는 그 카드에서 허용했을 때만 묻지 않고 실행해요.

• ChatGPT(Codex) 연결도 이제 관리자 > AI 연결에 사용량(토큰, 요청 수, 마지막 사용)이 기록돼요. 그래서 이런 연결의 월 한도가 이제 동작해요. 같은 화면에 OpenRouter·Gemini·로컬 모델은 AI 엔진 > API 엔진에서 연결한다는 안내도 생겼어요.

• 안전 작업 1A를 표준 Linux 설치에서 쓸 수 있어요: sudo mycel-ctl safe-ops on, off, status. 켜거나 끄면 서버가 다시 시작해요(진행 중인 답변은 멈춰요). 켜져 있는 동안에는 서버와 팀 전체의 AI 답변이 메모리 4 GiB, CPU 4개, 작업 512개 안에서 함께 돌고 스왑은 쓰지 않아요. 최소 2304 MiB가 필요하고, 메모리 8 GB 이상인 서버(또는 호스팅 요금제)를 권해요. 끈 뒤에는 1A 작업을 한 채팅만 웹을 계속 쓰지 못하고, 다른 채팅은 다시 쓸 수 있어요. 관리자 > 시스템 > 진단의 "안전한 PowerPoint(1A)"에서 상태와 빠진 것을 볼 수 있어요.

Trina AX 0.2.11: HWP Preview plugin, and the AI sees images and PDF pages

Who benefits / 누구에게 도움이 되나요?

Korean companies can open HWP/HWPX documents page by page inside Trina, and everyone's AI can look at photos, screenshots and scanned PDF pages the way Claude Code does.

한국 회사는 한글(HWP/HWPX) 문서를 트리나 안에서 페이지별로 볼 수 있고, AI는 Claude Code처럼 사진·화면 캡처·스캔한 PDF 페이지를 직접 볼 수 있어요.

For your team / 팀원이 달라지는 점

• HWP Preview (after an admin installs the plugin): before, an HWP file opened only a notice and a Download button. Now it shows page by page in the file panel, and you can ask the AI about a page ("what is the deadline on page 2 of this notice?") when the admin allowed page images.

• Images and PDF pages: before, the AI got at most the text recognized in an image. Now it sees the image itself: "what does this error screenshot say?", "summarize page 3 of this scanned contract". A PDF is read by pages, up to 20 pages in one read.

• Answering the AI's question: before, while the AI waited on its question card, text you typed in the message box waited until the answer was done. Now sending from the message box answers the question. Safety checks from the server still take only their own buttons.

• A step that was still running when an answer paused at its time limit shows as paused, not as a failed step. Press Continue to go on.

• 한글 문서 미리보기(관리자가 플러그인을 설치한 뒤): 예전에는 HWP 파일을 열면 안내와 내려받기 버튼만 보였어요. 이제 파일 화면에서 페이지별로 보이고, 관리자가 페이지 이미지를 허용했다면 AI에게 페이지 내용을 물어볼 수 있어요("이 공고문 2페이지의 마감일이 언제야?").

• 이미지와 PDF 페이지: 예전에는 AI가 이미지에서 인식한 글자만 받았어요. 이제 이미지를 직접 봐요. "이 오류 화면 캡처에 뭐라고 쓰여 있어?", "스캔한 계약서 3페이지 요약해 줘"처럼 쓰면 돼요. PDF는 페이지 단위로 읽고, 한 번에 20페이지까지 읽어요.

• AI의 질문에 답하기: 예전에는 AI가 질문 카드에서 기다리는 동안 메시지 창에 쓴 글이 답변이 끝날 때까지 기다렸어요. 이제 메시지 창에서 보내면 그 질문의 답이 돼요. 서버의 안전 확인은 지금처럼 카드의 버튼으로만 답할 수 있어요.

• 답변이 시간 한도에서 멈췄을 때 진행 중이던 단계는 실패가 아니라 멈춤으로 보여요. 이어서 하기를 누르면 계속해요.

For the administrator / 관리자 확인 사항

• Updating: Linux servers (hosted and self-installed) and office Macs take 0.2.11 through their normal nightly update. No database migrations in this release, so no extra backup step beyond your usual backups.

• HWP Preview is not installed for you. To use it: Admin > Plugins > Official plugins > HWP Preview > Install, check the permissions, then Install and turn on. Workspaces whose default language is Korean see a Recommended badge; nothing is installed until an admin chooses to. The optional permission that lets the AI look at page images starts ticked; untick it if page images must not go to your AI provider (people still get the preview).

• The server downloads the plugin from https://updates.trina.app, so it needs outbound https there (the same address it already uses for updates). A self-installed server or office Mac without internet access can install the same file with Install from file or by placing it in <data folder>/plugins/import/ (addresses and SHA-256 below). Hosted servers install only from the official list.

• Linux servers need glibc 2.39 or later for HWP Preview: Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian 13. On Debian 12 (glibc 2.36) the list shows "Not supported on this server" and downloads nothing. HWP/HWPX text reading, search and original downloads keep working everywhere without the plugin.

• New team setting, on by default: Admin > Team settings > "Send images and PDF pages to the AI". Images go to the AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) like other file content. Turn it off if your company does not want that.

• Linux servers no longer run OCR: scanned documents and photos are not text-searchable there. tesseract is no longer installed or used. Office Macs keep Apple Vision for searching scanned PDFs.

• MYCEL_HWP_PREVIEW no longer does anything; you can remove it from the environment file.

• 업데이트: Linux 서버(호스팅·직접 설치)와 사무실 Mac은 평소처럼 밤사이 자동 업데이트로 0.2.11을 받아요. 이번 릴리스에는 데이터베이스 마이그레이션이 없어서 평소 백업 외에 따로 할 일은 없어요.

• 한글 문서 미리보기는 자동으로 설치되지 않아요. 쓰려면 관리자 > 플러그인 > 공식 플러그인 > 한글 문서 미리보기 > 설치를 누르고, 권한을 확인한 뒤 설치하고 켜기를 누르세요. 작업공간 기본 언어가 한국어면 추천 배지가 붙지만, 관리자가 고르기 전에는 아무것도 설치되지 않아요. AI가 페이지 이미지를 볼 수 있게 하는 선택 권한은 미리 체크되어 있어요. 페이지 이미지를 AI 제공사로 보내면 안 되는 회사는 체크를 해제하세요(사람이 보는 미리보기는 그대로 돼요).

• 서버가 https://updates.trina.app 에서 플러그인을 내려받아요. 그 주소로 https 접속이 되어야 해요(업데이트에 이미 쓰는 주소예요). 인터넷이 막힌 직접 설치 서버나 사무실 Mac은 같은 파일을 파일로 설치로 넣거나 <데이터 폴더>/plugins/import/에 두면 돼요(주소와 SHA-256은 아래에 있어요). 호스팅 서버는 공식 목록에서만 설치해요.

• Linux 서버에서 한글 문서 미리보기를 쓰려면 glibc 2.39 이상이 필요해요: Ubuntu 24.04 또는 Debian 13. Debian 12(glibc 2.36)에서는 목록에 "이 서버에서는 쓸 수 없어요"가 보이고 아무것도 내려받지 않아요. 플러그인이 없어도 HWP/HWPX 글자 읽기·검색·원본 다운로드는 어디서나 돼요.

• 새 팀 설정, 기본으로 켜짐: 관리자 > 팀 설정 > "이미지와 PDF 페이지를 AI에게 보내기". 이미지는 다른 파일 내용처럼 AI 제공사(Anthropic·OpenAI)로 전송돼요. 원하지 않으면 끄세요.

• Linux 서버는 이제 글자 인식(OCR)을 하지 않아요. 스캔 문서와 사진은 Linux 서버에서 글자로 검색되지 않아요. tesseract는 더 이상 설치하지도 쓰지도 않아요. 사무실 Mac은 스캔한 PDF 검색에 Apple Vision을 계속 써요.

• MYCEL_HWP_PREVIEW는 이제 아무 일도 하지 않아요. 환경 파일에서 지워도 돼요.

Known limits / 알려진 한계

• HWP Preview runs on macOS (Apple silicon and Intel) and on Linux with glibc 2.39 or later, x64 and arm64. A document with formats or features the renderer does not support shows a notice; download the original.

• The font-width tables compiled into the rhwp renderer have unclear origins; Trina accepted this as a known risk while the upstream question (edwardkim/rhwp#8387) is open.

• Images and PDF pages: at most 40 images or 10 MB per answer. With the text-only API engine or the remote connector, no images go out; the AI gets a note instead (on a Mac server, recognized text when the switch is off).

• No Mac desktop app (dmg) in this release: it is not signed and notarized by Apple yet. The Windows installer is not code-signed, so Windows shows a SmartScreen warning the first time.

• 한글 문서 미리보기는 macOS(Apple 실리콘·Intel)와 glibc 2.39 이상의 Linux(x64·arm64)에서 돼요. 변환기가 지원하지 않는 형식이나 기능이 든 문서는 안내가 보여요. 원본을 내려받아 주세요.

• rhwp 변환기 안에 들어 있는 글꼴 폭 표는 출처가 분명하지 않아요. upstream 질문(edwardkim/rhwp#8387)이 열려 있는 동안 트리나가 알려진 위험으로 받아들였어요.

• 이미지와 PDF 페이지는 답변 하나에 40장 또는 10 MB까지예요. 글자만 다루는 API 엔진이나 원격 커넥터에서는 이미지를 보내지 않고 안내만 전해요(Mac 서버에서 설정을 끄면 인식한 글자를 전해요).

• 이번 릴리스에도 Mac 데스크톱 앱(dmg)은 없어요. Apple 서명·공증이 아직 없어요. Windows 설치 파일은 코드 서명이 없어서 처음 실행할 때 SmartScreen 경고가 나와요.
