I think the important bit is that this needs to align with RFC process. It should ideally lead to producing the RFC version that irons out all raised issues and goes to RFC vote which might raise new issues and reasons why people voted no. We should expect that it might get rejected multiple times so the main challange will be to find something that is acceptable. |
