Core of Light 0.2.0-beta.2

Mostly fixes for running the launcher with Proton / Wine (Steam Deck, Bazzite).

• Fonts under Wine: Wine has no Segoe UI, so the launcher fell back to a tiny pixel font and card lines ran into each other. It now brings its own font (Noto Sans) and uses it when Segoe UI isn't there.
• Games folder in your Linux home: setting up a disc into a games folder under Z:\home\... failed on Bazzite (its /home is a link to /var/home). Folders are now made one by one and the path is resolved to the real one, so this should work now.
• Better problem reports: every step of a disc setup goes into the launcher's log, so "Report a problem" says exactly what went wrong.
• A card line that wraps no longer overlaps the next one.

Update from inside the launcher, or run CoreOfLightSetup-0.2.0-beta.2.exe over the old one. Games, saves and figures stay.
